Omarosa for SCOTUS?

He wants to knock out Common Core because one of the requirements to get out of the sixth grade is to be able to construct paragraphs of related thoughts utilizing what they refer to as "sentences". He's afraid Rich Snot Grammar will take away his primary school diploma.
So it looks like Ted Cruz is going to chicken out and support a guy who insulted his wife and accused his dad of being involved in the JFK assassination. About the only good thing about him is that is that he refused to support Donald.

She said:
“Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump. It’s everyone who’s ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe.”
He thinks that will save him from the vengeance of a POTUS Trump.

Ted Cruz won't endorse Donald Trump, but the Republican nominee said Friday he wouldn't take the support even if the Texas senator offered.
"If he gives it, I will not accept it," Trump said at a news conference in Cleveland at the close of the Republican National Convention.
Even Nixon would be in awe.Trump is going to use the presidency for petty revenge on a scale I doubt we've ever seen before. He'll be open and proud about it too.
I don't know but it certainly sounds like the kind of meaningless ******** that Donald would spout.Didn't Donald claim he wouldn't accept the endorsement even if Cruz changed his mind?
On the Simpsons line, there was an episode when Homer ran for town Waste Commissioner or some such, offered the Moon - daily pick-ups, scented dumpsters, all for a tenth the cost - and won. The outgoing professional guy gave a concession speech which ran "You're screwed. Goodbye."The great problem with the debate is the audience. Trump knows how to address the Cletus Spucklers.
U.S. law enforcement is looking into Donald Trump foreign policy advisor Carter Page’s meetings with high-ranking Russian officials this summer, Yahoo’s Michael Isikoff reports.
Page, who Trump said was one of his five foreign policy advisors last March, is suspected of communicating with “senior Russian officials” about “the possible lifting of economic sanctions” if Trump becomes president, Yahoo reports, citing “multiple sources who have been briefed on the issue.”
One of the officials Page allegedly met with, Igor Diveykin, is “believed by U.S. officials to have responsibility for intelligence collected by Russian agencies about the U.S. election.” Russia is widely believed to be behind high-profile computer hacks that appear timed to influence the presidential election.
Or he's hoping Trump will lose and is establishing his party loyalty in preparation for the fall-out.He thinks that will save him from the vengeance of a POTUS Trump.

Clinton should consider that if she has to concede. It seems terribly apt.
If so, it's a terrible strategy. When Trump loses, even if there are loud accusations that the Republicans who refused to support him are at fault, you can be sure that behind the scenes (where the power gets broked) the elite will be paying more attention to those who stood in opposition to him.Or he's hoping Trump will lose and is establishing his party loyalty in preparation for the fall-out.

They won't be looking for heroes or people of principle. They'll be looking for a winner, and would have no problem with Cruz's hypocrisy. Winners do whatever it takes. If so, it's a terrible strategy. You may be right, and the comparison seems particularly apt given how much Cruz seems to be hated by his colleagues...and everyone else who has ever spent any amount of time with him.It worked for Nixon when he backed Goldwater but that's not the greatest role model.
