Horowitz's piece is "dubious journalism" at its best. Her comment was saying that she didn't actually know what particular instant that photo was taken. She didn't say it WAS when she was yawning or gagging or hiccoughing or coughing. It was a self-deprecating comment,... but it was probably accurate.

If you've taken enough photos, you know that what's captured in that 1/250th of a second can be an expression that you and everyone around you totally missed. She knows that as the subject of a zillion photographs as would Obama.

Wow, what a find. First of all, the quote is "because she is good". Secondly, it's a famous quote and it's like having someone I hate, say Sean Hannity open a sentence with "To be or not to be is the actual question" and jumping up and down and accusing him of plagiarism.

You sure about that? I started a thread on what I perceive to be one of the most bald-faced lies he's ever created and I can't get much interest in actually discussing the incident. People are inured to Trump's lies and this isn't even a lie. Horowitz has the instincts of a reporter, not a judge. The piece doesn't hold up to even the standards we would insist for in BAC threads.
 
Looking at Donald's Twitter feed, it looks like someone took his phone from him. Yeah, there are some replies to Hillary's speech. But he didn't write any of them. You can tell because none of them refer to Hillary as "Crooked Hillary".

Um, no. Donald is someone that asks for Russia to hack his opponent and then distracts from that by threatening to punch Bloomberg. This wouldn't even get on the radar screen of Trump stuff.
 
Interesting responses. The woman is so full of **** that she can drop a steaming pile of it on national TV and it doesn't even raise an eyebrow because Trump is a veritable **** storm.

Did what? Not accurately remember and perfectly recall exactly what they felt at every moment on a momentous and historical night in the Whitehouse some years ago now? And then have various answers from different questions at different times confabulated into an "lie"? Seriously?? Is that what is being touted?

Look, I don't remember how I felt when I got out of bed this morning. I think I was pretty OK, unless I had a headache. Because I functioned pretty well during today - I work at a hospital and no-one died due to me. I can't remember exactly what time I had my coffee break either. But I had one. Want to ping me for not remembering more accurately?

By comparison, the problem with Trump is he seems to completely forget what he said not just a few months or years ago, but barely one or two sentences ago. That means he is completely unable to concentrate on an important topic for more than 10 seconds, which indicates a very serious problem for any US presidential candidate. Otherwise he is simply emitting stream-of-conscience stuff that is as pointless to listen to as it is to say, i.e. he is blathering, possibly quite deliberately. Again, that is hardly a suitable presidential manner. Your country really does deserve much better than that from its head of state.

More likely he never had the phone in the first place (small hands, can't spellcheck ;)). From his throne-room on the Trump-jet, he probably just made Downfall-like demands on what to send out, and his social media team down in the Führerbunker wrote and sent the actual tweets.

She didn't drop a steaming pile of it though. This is yet another instance of someone looking very hard to find something to hate about Hillary. Get a new hobby.

If fair was fair, you'd have your own dedicated subform by now to express your outrage about Trump if this is your threshold for what qualifies as a "whopper".

Maybe you'll see other things. And you can look at the plethora of smaller words to also get an idea of the kind of words they peppered the speech with.
