Continuation Part 15: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

Not open for further replies.
Greetings,
I like to read abit,
and a couple of weeks ago a local Los Angeles newspaper, The Daily Breeze,
in The South Bay, won an award for excellent reporting.
http://tbrnews.com/opinion/signs-of...cle_6accea16-e862-11e4-85bf-5f748dc4053c.html

You know,
sometimes as I read Old Perugia shock,
I feel that Francesco Sforza, aka Frank Sfarzo, deserves a Pulitizer Prize for his in-depth reporting of the aftermath of Miss Kercher's murder and the tragic imprisonment and un-just convictions of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Solecito.
My opinion only,
RW

roflmao

Amanda's father reportedly told her her family will not rest until she is cleared of all charges.

I hope the ECHR takes up the calunia conviction and orders Italy to repair it. A pardon from the executive is not the same as an exoneration from the Italian Supreme Court.

A pardon, for example, might not result in financial compensation for the 3 years spent in prison on that conviction. An exoneration would probably result in financial remedy.

The Italian judiciary should disown the interrogation and the product it produced. A judicial ruling should state that she is innocent of calunia, and that the interrogation was staged by police to deceive her own free will and that she was not informed that she was a suspect or provided with a lawyer.

A pardon's no good. It basically means - "You did it but we forgive you". It means the same thing in lots of jurisdictions. Amanda doesn't need to be forgiven; she needs to be exonerated.

In addition, the police also had an eyewitness (a couple, actually) who were passed by a black man running up the outside stairs at the square across the road after the murder. After Rudi was arrested the woman stated he is not the black man who almost collided with her, but earlier in the investigation as the police were looking for suspects they had her description of a black man running up the stairs whilest she and her boyfriend were descending.

That was Maria Formica.

I concur,
ACbyTesla!

I'm still waiting for Vixen to come back and provide me with a real, true link to support this:

Which this well read Mensa Chick can't do.
Raff was at home on Halloween night.
Prove me wrong, girl...

RotFL!
:D

Soz, mea culpa, Raf was working on his thesis 31.10.2007. The graduation party was supposedly the reason Raf and Amanda boycooted the vigil for Mez.

It's not OK to quote the TIMES but Perugia Shock is an academic source, eh?
IIRC the hair strands of Mez, Amanda, Rudy and Raf (presumed) were found on a sponge in Raf's apmt after the murder.

Enquiring minds need to know how they got there.

There's a difference - Perugia Shock is interrogated on this forum for the truth that it can offer. Nobody goes to it to cite information that they know not to be true. And nobody relies on anything that later turns out not to be true - except you, at the moment.

As for the hair - I think not!

"Meredith was always smiling and happy. She was really popular and it's horrible that someone would want to hurt her."
With remarkable composure he told how he and Amanda went to a party with friends, returning to his home last Thursday evening.

When Toto mixed up his days, World War III broke out...

The difference is that Raffaele never gave testimony in court against anyone based on a mix up and wasn't out of his head on H.

Greetings,
Since Vixen has not yet come back,
with a linked quote for me of Raff hangin'+partyin' with his brother-in-law(?) on Halloween night,
well I'd like to bring up something that bothers me still.

Here is the bedroom door of Meredith's after being broken into:
[qimg]http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1240&pictureid=9793[/qimg]

This was the only door,
of the 4 young women living upstairs,
that was found locked on the afternoon of Nov. 2, 2007.

It had to be broken in to.

Below,
this is Meredith's boyfriend Giacomo's door:
[qimg]http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1240&pictureid=9792[/qimg]

It too was the only locked bedroom door video'd of the 4 young men living downstairs.

It also was broken in to.
(By whom?)

This photo shows his bed,
with clothes on it, strewn about:
[qimg]http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1240&pictureid=9791[/qimg]

IIRC, some sandals, possibly wet, were found nearby on the floor there,
as were also 2 different bloody lines found nearby too on his bedroom floor.

Here's 1 of these lines,
a screen grab from the Crime Scene videos,
+ I drew an outline, in red, near it to highlight it:
[qimg]http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1240&pictureid=9795[/qimg]

In response to a post, Diocletus previously wrote back,
IIRC, that he thinks the lines are from watery, bloody clothing that Rudy
probably took off downstairs after the murder before changing into fresh clean clothes
and leaving the student's flat.

I was recently thinking about those lines on the floor.
IF from watered down blood,
shouldn't there be watered down blood pool swirls,
dried + puddled, found near these lines?

For some reason,
I still wonder if "poor Rudy" was in,
(as N. Burleigh writes of him having) 1 of his fugue states of mind,
if + when he went downstairs after he murdered + raped Meredith.
Maybe he drew the lines on the floor, in Meredith's blood, for some tripped-out reason?

It is really odd that only Meredith,
and her new boyfriend, Giacomo,
each had only their room bedroom doors locked.

No one else.
Not Filomena, Laura or Amanda.
Nor Stefano, or Ricardo + Marco.

Weird too,
is that when looking for info on any of the housemates interrogations,
I found that Giacomo was only interviewed once on Nov. 2,007.

But Marco and Ricardo,
2 of the other downstairs flatmates,
were interviewed twice, on Nov. 2nd + 3rd.

But their bro Stefano,
the dude whose room has blood on it's bed
and also what looks like a bloodied knife handle imprint on his bed,
is interviewed for deposition on Nov. 2, 3, + 4 of 2007.
The cops were quizzing Stefano...

http://www.amandaknoxcase.com/witness-depositions/

It's too bad the depositions are in Italian, still.

I really, really want to read if the cops were asking of Stefano:
"Did you leave for Holiday with your bed un-made + with cats blood drops on it and your comforter?"

Did Giacomo lawyer up immediately?

I'd luv to ask Giacomo this:
"Did you leave for Holiday with clothes strewn upon your bed,
and also lock your bedroom door before you gave your girl Meredith you keys + split town?"

And I'd like to know if any of the boyz downstairs saw Rudy Guede before bailing town
and made mention that they would be out of town for the long Holiday weekend:
RG-"Hey bro, what are you doin' this weekend?"
SB or GS-"Oh, I just gotta visit the relatives in the Marche. You?"
RG-"Oh, just gonna hang here around town"...

I should take anything self-confessed "advocate"* Nina Burleigh writes with a huge pinch of sodium chloride.

There is a theory, of course, the buckled door frame to Mez' room was caused as a result of Mez desperately trying to keep her assailants out of the room. Perhaps she even tried to lock the door.

It is a mystery what went on downstairs.

PS. Don't forget, the "rape scene" was highly stylised and staged. The police say the body was carefully repositioned, and the items on the bed theatrically rearranged, so Mez' open handbag screams to the observer, "Look at me".

Just like the rock prop.

*Run a mile from anyone calling themselves a "journalist advocate" or "diplomatic mediator" These guys want to mess with your mind.

Coolio, Vixen,
glad to have helped ya...

That was Maria Formica.

Wrong again.
But I'm glad to help you out, her name is Alessandra Formica...

And she 1st came forward soon after Raff + Amanda were already arrested,
this info per personal correspondence with Frank Sfarzo and made mention of a black male on the stairs.

BUT this is important!
She stated in court that:

New Scenario for the Murder of Meredith Kercher
HE WASN'T RUDY

Will you be backing this up with anything?

It's funny what you say about the handbag given the way they treated it.

But what evidence is the theory based? Probably nothing.... or very very little. I see people pose theories about exactly what happened that night and i usually think to myself why pose
a wild guess? Show me a logical correlation between the evidence and the theory and I'm interested, but when it is based on thin air I think it is useless.
This is in a nutshell, what is wrong with most of the guilt theories. They are not based on the evidence but wild speculation.

Of course this is nonsense. What was highly stylized and staged was the bizarre almost theatrical collection of the bra clasp as if..."see, the smoking gun!" Forgetting of course that there is no reason to think this piece of evidence is likely to be any more valuable than the hundreds of other pieces of evidence.

He didn't give testimony, period.

Raf "out of his head"? Never. :boggled:

I see you mocking Raffaele, but I find him to very controlled and thoughtful. More so than just about anyone I've ever met.

Apropos of Cellphone records

CP: Where were you when you answered Patrick's message? AK: At Raffaele's apartment.

A lie under oath? As Amanda is now "Not Guilty", can she still claim the Italian legal protection, guilty parties are allowed to lie. (Numbers?)

As you know, retrieved phone records show she cannot have been at Raf's.

OK. The door frame is buckled. What is YOUR theory?

Ok Vixen,
so PM Mignini's father did not die when he was 4 years old.
And his Father is not buried in Perugia Cemetery.
Is this correct?

And lil' Mignini did not grow up next to living next to a 16th century massive stone dungeon known as Torcoletti Prison that was a women's prison in the 1950's, which housed Caterina Fort, a celebrity murderess inmate, who, in the '50's was Italy's most notorious female killer? And little Giuliano never looked outside from his window and saw her and other incarcerated prisoners, right?

This is not true?!?

Link:

50 years later,
Giuliano Mignini himself had prosecuted and secured conviction
against the most famous, notorious female killer in Italy of the 2000's !!!
How proud and stoked was that old lil' Mignini?!?

BUT IT WAS OVERTURNED!!!

Amanda Knox
and
[SIZE="-10"]Raffaele Sollecito[/SIZE]
are FREE!
:)

I'm sooo glad that Amanda Knox is free!
I can just see old Mignini, spewin' and cursin' out loud
after havin' the Italian Supreme Court overturn his beliefs and hard work...

Vixen,
Why don't you too try and help decipher the clues presented,
heck aren't you a Mensa chick?

Surely you have some idea's about what happened downstairs?

Actually, they don't . This has been gone over extensively. The same antenna in fact handled many calls to Raffaele's apartment. So no, Massei was wrong. There us no proof that Knox wasn't exactly where she said she was.

OK. The door frame is buckled. What is YOUR theory?

Ia this before or after they broke it down to get in?

My theory is that Rudy having broken in and gaining entry through Filomena's bedroom window, made himself at home. Went to the toilet and while sitting there Meredith came home, locked the door behind her and proceeded to her bedroom. Rudy waited a few moments and then tried to sneak out but found the door locked and then was discovered when he tried to get out through Filomena's bedroom. And then he attacked Mrredith. But it could have happened in a very different way.But what is clear that Rudy killed Meredith and that Amanda and Raffaele were not there.
