I added number 8, make a profit, and I already posted to a link where proponents of NDE and the such are charging close to $500 a head to attend their conference. So there is evidence of profit making.


I don't think you know what the words "theory" or "evidence" mean. Would you provide us with what you think they mean?

Are you seriously denying that there is evidence for the existence of dreams, hallucinations, delusions, mistakes, lies, fiction etc? Because their existence is all that's required for them to be plausible explanations for NDEs/OBEs.

Once again: if something can be explained by a simple, plausible, non supernatural explanation then there is no reason to even consider supernatural ones. Have you really never heard of Occam's Razor?

As it happens there is plenty of evidence that such experiences can be produced by physically, chemically or electronically manipulating the brain, but that doesn't change the fact that the burden of proof is on those who insist on there being a supernatural explanation for something that does not need one.

I reckon I could probably trap a fart in a jar for you if it'll help.

I've just had a beef stew with brussel sprouts, red onion and chestnut sautéed in sherry, so it'll probably be quite hallucinogenic.

Put some counting in a jar. Or some thoughts. Or speech. How about singing.....that'd be cool. Or laughter. Laughter in a jar: that'd make money.
