WTF is going on in Sweden?

There's been a lot of random shootings in the city of Malmö lately, mostly targeting immigrants. Today a 16 year old boy was shot at, and later two women were shot through a window, and both were injured. So far around 15 people have been shot or shot at, with 10 wounded and 1 killed.

American gun ownership attitudes are weird. The right to own a gun and carry it anywhere to defend yourself, then criminals realize they need something heavier than pepper gas to rob a person, countries realized long ago that arms race is worth limiting, everyone benefits from that.
