Seem the Swedish police heard you. At a press conference today, they stated "There is no Wallander." Apparently, he's fictional.. :)

They also stated that they suspect there might be more than one shooter, although it's likely that the majority of the shootings are by one person.

BTW: i'd be very surprised if this was a group.

And if you throw a rock in Malmo, you are very likely to hit an immigrant.

It may just be a lone nutcase going after random people.

And his bodycount indicates a very small caliber handgun. I'd think that a miltary-obsessed Neo-Nazi would at least try to get hold of a 9mm.

An interesting hypothesis. One we haven't seen work well in reality in places where the victims don't have guns, like Chicago and DC in the past decades, or the UK, etc.

No, they are cautioning dark-skinned people to avoid secluded areas if out after dark (especially from being alone at bus stops after dark) and to be observant.

At least according to the actual press release, I don't know what paper you read or what they chose to print.

Well, to be honest, I just saw it on the front page of a free newspaper. I didn't take great care to recreate the exact wording or intention. I'm glad for the correction.
 
Wtf is going on in Sweden?

Well, you know when things are generally ****, everything keeps getting worse, the world is in a global triple dip recession, or why not call it depression, and your infrastructure is breaking down and unemployment is reaching record levels _despite_ your best efforts at voting in a right wing government that went to election on unemployment - with the secret subtext that nothing was actually going to get done about the number of jobs available to all the unemployed, but instead the party line would be to take really, really sick people and take away their disability benefit so they will have to enter grown up daycare centers to increase the number of people "employed" in the statistics or go without any form of financial support while they look for employers that don't mind hiring someone who may or may not die from cancer in the next two months and you have disbanded the national draft regiments and instead build up an expensive professional army, because they are easier to use against your citizens than an army consisting of citizens and it is also easier to get desperate poor young people to go fight for NATO abroad in a professional army, and when your population is scared, exhausted and frustrated beyond belief and start to vote for extreme right, white power fringe parties to the point where they get 20 seats in the parliament and they then start to play a little game called "poor, poor us, we got Riksdag seats and still people think we are idiots, let's burn the Riksdag and pretend that the jews/moslems/asylym seekers did it" and there has been in effect no psychiatric care to speak about in almost twenty years, because you reformed that into "care in the community" which means "if we can't see you suffer we don't have to spend money on real psychiatric doctors and nurses and facilities but pretend that we are leaving you to your own devices and a 17 year old summer temp who thought she would be helping out someone with a physical disability, or at least someone who wouldn't hurt her physically for being "one of them" is a way of celebrating your autonomy" and basically, nutters are left to fend for themselves and these nutters start to feel disenfranchised.

That's when things suddenly revert back to 1992. When a right wing fringe nutter party took seats in the parliament and some disenfranchised nutter started shooting immigrants because - hey, all of the above are of course not the delibarate political removal of securities _and_ liberties but the natural result of accepting people of different origin into your country.

At least, that's what the Adolf Fairy keeps telling you and didn't he know that the voices would stop if you just made that tin foil hat?

Also, Aftonbladet, a once worthy but now trashy newspaper has already dubbed him "The New Laser Man". Great.
