Sorry, Howie. I really did have trouble thinking you'd never seen or heard this issue discussed. It's been around the block about four thousand times over the past thirty years, and as "official" reactions/policies go, this WI one is one of the more sensible I've seen. If it's really kinda new to you, then my apologies.

The only hoopla I've heard about this issue was from Cleveland (which Maldach mentioned) and the whole Seminole thing in Florida. Never heard of it 'round these parts. Up here the Native American-related news revolves around casinos (which I'm completely neutral on) and fishing treaties (a kettle of fish *snicker* that gets opened every year).

Then again, I avoid the news like the plague, because it makes my head hurt.

Perhaps it's a big deal.
