I am certainly aware of people like yourself who believe that those of us who suffered on 9/11 must be part of some giant plot, either as dupes or plotters. I was in the Pentagon when the plane hit, I held parts of that aircraft in my hands, covered with fuel and oil, and I helped with the triage area. I helped a guy with a headwound, aided ambulances coming in, and suffer to this day with ongoing nightmares on a very regular basis. When one has seen what I saw, and had to do what I had to do, the images, the smells, the sounds, resonate in your mind forever.

Why don't you tell me what it takes to qualify as a hero? Is William Rodriguez a hero only because he's a truther? If he agreed with the official story would that negate his heroism?

Our hero who helped the firemen on 9/11 have access to doors so they did not have to knock them down, I am glad he saved people helping. He is a hero for 9/11. Good job.

Sad he now supports liars. Liars are those who make up conclusions and say 9/11 is an inside job with no facts or evidence. Thus our 9/11 hero is now a zero due to his support of a movement of lies.

There are countless examples of heroes who have gone on to be much less. William is just another supporter of lies now. He is the hero who now pushes the truth movement. We all have weaknesses, I suspect he does not have much more going on the rational thought side of the coin like our hero Charlie Sheen, another expert on 9/11 truth.

I applaud William for his hero work on 9/11, I loathe liars and supporters of liars of the 9/11 truth movement. Not the first time my heroes have moved to the zero column.

Rodriguez was at the white house twice being awarded medals by gearge bush who hailed him a hero. He saved 52 people himself and stayed in the North Tower until the end, despite his employer telling him to leave. Thats why he is a hero.

I don't belittle what Hal went through but simply being a survivor does not make one a hero.
 
I'm not denying William Rodgriguez is a hero. I want to know what your definition is. Are the firefighters who fought at the WTC heroes? The police officers? Those who served at the Pentagon? What qualifies as a hero?

Firefighters and police are heroes, without a doubt. Even though they were doing their job they went into buildings knowing they were unlikely to come out. They worked 20 hours at a time on the pile. It went above and beyond tyhe call of duty so they were heroes.

Im not really sure of the details of anyones story at the Pentagon. I don't remember stories of heroism coming from there. I may be wrong.

I have a relative (by marriage) who was trapped in the Pentagon for nearly a day. He saved people by pulling them out of rubble while waiting for rescue, kept people calm and acted like the leader he was supposed to be.

Great. Next time some truther mocks a firefighter/police officer, I should expect you will defend them.

I laid out why I think our hero is now not very heroic now by support of the 9/11 truth movement. I think the truth movement is one of the worse forms of political bias I have seen in 50 years.

Even 'simple' survivors can be heroes in my book. Ones who did not panic, kept others calm, thought clearly. I think this applied to a lot of people.

Yes you are. Try doing a search on it. There are more than just the one given to you, if you just will do a little research.
 
Whether or not W. Rodriguez is a hero is irrelevant to his claims and attacking his claims in no way attacks the value of what he did.

Traitor, you should be ashamed of yourself. Really. You post without forethought and have shown very little respect for yourself or the integrity of this forum. In short, I think you're an ass that adds very little to any conversation I've seen you involved in here.

It's disappointing that more meaningful discussions here get neglected because we have to deal with trolls.

Rodriguez's claims and his actions on 9/11 are two completely different things. I applaud the latter, but question the other.

I dont think ive ever seen a truther mocking them. But my response is irrelevant to this. You cannot justify Rodriguez's treatment just because truthers might do the same thing.

I did read Hal's quote above. What does any of this have to do with Rodriguez? Has anyone disparaged Mr Bidlack?
