Any terrorist who would attack. You have a hang up on the "war on terror". It's just a name. Much like JihadJane is a username.

The USS Cole and 911 came prior to any War on Terror. They did not need any convincing to attack the US then. Those attacks were due to religious fanatasism. That many more have been turned to the ways of the terrorists since then is indisputable, but a world where the US, or others, did not fight back, is a simpletons fantasy world.

You know fine well we had our own war on terror over here for many years, we just did not call it that.

My question to you is still wether you think that a movement composed of people who smuggle guns and explosives to violent fugitives, beat up teenage girls in wheelchairs, murder doctors, police officers and security guards and call for their critics skulls to be crushed agaibnst the sidewalk pavement can be considered "dangerous".

Aftwer you've answered that question, you can explain to me wether you think a movement composed of people who steal airplanes in flight and smash them into occupied buildings is "dangerous".

Twoofers don't get to make that determination, sorry, JihadJane. The armed forces of nations from Canada and the US to England and Australia are still deployed around the world fighting radical islam on the assumption that the threat is global and as real on the streets of their home cities as it is on the streets of Kabul and Baghdad.

It's not even remotely "contreversial" it's just plain wrong. Some said the same thing about the nazis when the allied air offensive began in 1943. Some said the same thing about western anti-communist policies during the cold war and before the soviets lost.

You don't avoid war by declining to fight. That is what emboldens your enemies. It tells them your're a giant wussie and a pushover. Future wars are prevented by winning. That's what tells your enemies that you're a badass and not to be @#$%ed with.

I did a little Googling on that person, turns out that he's a Jewish guy & he blamed the Jews for the attacks on 9/11. Plus he wants to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth.

Now he's threatening me because I exposed him for that he is. This is truely why Truthers are dangerous.

Militarism is a form of brainwashing whatever the goal. Dehumanise the enemy and the self. Kill, destroy, have no conscience. You are doing it for your country.
When they get back home they bring all those black memories with them. Whether consciously or subconsciously.
Suicide is rife. Alcoholism. Drug abuse. Violent bouts. Depression.
Of course there are elements out there who thrive on the paranoia and instability of a disillusioned ,confused younger generation but it is exactly the same instability that is being abused by military recruitment agencies.
The only difference is that one of these groups gets a uniform, guns and a permit to carry out barbaric acts.
Von Brunn was a nut. He didn´t NEED someone to push the wrong buttons. That button was already half-clicked.
What IS dangerous is the mass pigeon-holing of anybody who doubts the Official Story. tarring those people and Von Brunn with the same brush.
What should people do? Keep their heads down and stay quiet?
Not gonna happen. I thought Communism was on its last legs.

I´ve survived 3 explosions, been shot at and nearly beaten to death.
I´ve had friends and neighbours killed and maimed.
So yeah, I´ve had the best of both worlds.

I didn´t say ´all´are effed up in the head. But you have to admit there are a fair number mentally affected to varying degrees no?

Yeah, I know exactly what the military guy is saying. he is a normal guy in a surreal situation and he has to make decisions in a flash.
How did my post contradict him or pretend that I knew what these guys go through?
I´ve never had a gun in my hand but I´ve had a few pointed at me (sometimes fired) so I DO have a ´clue´ about the situations he has found himself in.
Luckily he sounds very down to earth but there are soldiers who go there with an ´X Box´mentality and are are mentally immature for these situations. Which this guy admits to.
As I said. They are only human.

I believe that would be ´classified´ just as the recent case of the officer who lost control and took a few of his fellow soldiers with him in Iraq. (Not sure of details and sorry to sound blasé about it)
Are there ´official numbers´ at hand?
