yeah i know, not all Christians believe that, i choosed the title because of another topic on another religion, where some people fail to see that also in Islam there are different interpretations and beliefs.
But seriously, i sometimes see that some Christians belief that Jesus was YHWH himself. but the bible clearly states he is the son of God.
where did they get the idea that Jesus is YHWH?

Something about the trinity. Not that it was in the bible originally, but hey, it's not like "original" means anything to them, unless if it's as a prefix to "sin".
He is demon-possessed and raving mad. Why listen to him?
it makes no sense to take that literally i think.
25 Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, 26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all[c]; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”
Sort of unrelated but my mom has told me that Moses had his own tent when the J ewe were crossing the desert for 40 years. No wonder, that. Moses always came across to me as dangerously insane, so I wouldn't want to share a tent with him either.

Because they've been indoctrinated to accept that their (carefully selected and culled) scriptures (as interpreted by their priests/ministers/elders) say so. And you can't question the word of GOD now can you? Otherwise you'd be some sort of heretic/unbeliever/apostate.
That's the one. Ehrman's the only critic I've known to point out that the Fourth Gospel -- the last-written of the four canonical gospels -- is the only one to speak of Jesus as divine.
The first Jewish followers of Jesus, and the early pagan converts, didn't have the concept of Jesus as a divine being. He was often referred to as, and claimed to have referred to himself as, a "son of God". But to the Jews there were many "sons of God". Pretty much anyone who served God faithfully was a "son of God". But Christianity grew into a religion of largely pagan converts, many of whom would have grown up hearing legends about half man, half god beings. This is probably where the idea of Jesus as God (a horrible blasphemy to the Jews) got its start.
This is the reason. Mainstream Christianity has ever since 300 AD or so strictly required belief in the divinity of Jesus. Anyone who teaches otherwise is quickly labeled an apostate, even in today´s otherwise quite liberal atmosphere. A believer has no other choice than to publicly stand behind the doctrine of Jesus´divinity.
One of the things that always made me cringe with disgust is the mentality of people who go hysterical about some singer or actor or sports player.
What about the people who queue for days in the rain and cold just to get a glimpse of some celebrity or to buy the first of some product that becomes obsolete 6 months later?
The same kind of mental processes that produce the sort of behavior displayed in this video are (I think) also involved in religious beliefs.
When one is that irrational there is no accounting for what else s/he is likely to do or believe or think.
However, when it comes to the trinity principle, it is definitely in the New Testament (most likely inserted later) and has been the cause of numerous WARS and killings among Christians since the inception of Christianity. This book shows how what people think Jesus is has been shaped for political and power grabbing purposes all throughout history
Here are the verses that are usually used to affirm the Trinity
1 John
{5:7} For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
John
{1:1} In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
{1:14} And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
{8:19} Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.
{8:42} Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
{10:29} My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father’s hand. {10:30} I and [my] Father are one.
{10:38} But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
{14:6} Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. {14:7} If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. {14:8} Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. {14:9} Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then,] Shew us the Father? {14:10} Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. {14:11} Believe me that I [am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. {14:12} Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. {14:13} And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. {14:14} If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
