I've SEEN an older man (40's) get physically assaulted by a 16 year old, daily.

It really depends on your country. Here around it is legal and allowed (at any age above 15 included). It always surprise me to hear of country where it is much higher.

Never seen anything nearly that severe; but I did have one friend who, when in high school, would only date guys five to ten years older than she was. Even as an adult, I don't think she's ever dated a guy closer to her own age than that. Knew quite a few others who considered dating older guys a major status symbol, although few actually did.

I knew a woman who claimed that she hunted for her 'first', in the older pool because she didn't want her first time to be with some inexperienced fumbling teenage boy. She did her deed at 15 with a 28 year old. She also noted that she was quite happy with that decision...

Somehow, I find folly in calling a post-pubescent individual a boy or a girl. Biology says they are adults. Treating them like children, only means that we're giving them permission to ACT and THINK "childish". A hundred years ago a 15 year old male might well have a job and a wife, with a kid in tow. Performing and acting in every way like a fully functioning adult.

I think that we've taken steps backward in this regard. Treating people like children only means that we're attempting to make their decisions inconsequential. "It isn't your fault your teacher cohered you into a physical relationship. Your simply aren't equipped to make such decisions at your present state of development."

My neighbors growing up, were the product of 'older coach falls in love with one of his players'. They got caught in something, and he is forced to end the relationship or resign. He resigns, they get married, and when I knew them they were 3 kids heavy and happily married for some 15 years.

Otherwise, you'd be able to explain why Saddam sanitized files, computers and facilities that were related to WMD (according to the ISG).

Convoys that (according to "defense officials" interviewed by the Washington Times … http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2004/oct/28/20041028-115519-3700r/ ) "were at several weapons sites in Iraq in the weeks before U.S. military operations were launched". That, according to eyewitnesses, were very carefully and heavily guarded.

Otherwise, you'd be able to explain references to "special" ammunition and materials in Iraqi documents written in the 1998-2002 timeframe.

Otherwise, you'd be able to explain why you claim Saddam didn't field binary munitions that his own scientists described as "very successful". That would have been out of character. It would have been a big departure from past behavior. It's illogical. It's wishful thinking on your part.

Otherwise, you'd be able to explain away other Iraqi documents translated after the ISG report was published that prove that Iraq was indeed still pursuing chemical weapons even as late as 2002.

The truth is we simply don't know if Saddam had WMD. They may have been moved to Syria shortly before the invasion. David Kay, who headed the ISG effort for months after the invasion, stated "we know from some of the interrogations of former Iraqi officials that a lot of material went to Syria before the war, including some components of Saddam's WMD programme." The final ISG report said they had what they judged to be a "credible" source saying WMD materials were tranferred to Syria but they weren't able to resolve that issue because it became too dangerous for them operate any longer. That's all that has been "conclusively" resolved.

At my school there was a "game" among girl to see who would give the most blow job to older boy. They were 12-13. Good for your society. But here, doing that can land you in jail. It's considered so serious that, if convicted, from then on you have to register as a sex offender. And that could be used to blackmail someone. That might explain why Ritter all of a sudden completely changed his tune vis a vis WMD. Because Saddam found out about his activities and put him on the payroll.
