Not bad - playing the audience quite nicely, reasonable delivery, not stumbling. Some weird facial expressions and that strange pinchy finger thing, but well delivered so far. Mind you, I'm on about 5 minutes time delay, so it could have fallen apart.

Actually as far as delivery, he is knocking it out of the park.

And the speech itself is pretty good for the base, and so far, has a chance I think to swing some of the undecided.

But he said he was going to lay out his plan of action, then just waved about fixes and reforms.
