Actually, come to think of it, she doesn't say anything about a free answer.
You see that's how they suck you in, the question is free, but the answer.........................
Actually, come to think of it, she doesn't say anything about a free answer.
Surely SOME people would think to check her accuarcy first, right? Right?
Why does that person need to be missing? I'd ask where my dad is.
*holds phone to chest* "Dad? This psychic lady says you're at the bottom of a lake. Is that true?"
Because finding a lost person - especially a child - would be a valuable service and something that the psychic would have more trouble brushing off. Asking her wehre your Dad is could easily have her say that the question proves you aren't serious, but only a pseudo-skeptic, etc., etc. Similarly, asking for lotto numbers allows that and the "not for personal gain" type of excuse.
But a missing child adds a serious, emotional element to it and underscores the implicit point: "If you had this gift, you'd be doing something useful to society, instead of dropping off these leaflets in supermarket parking lots."
It's a local number, in my own area code.If you have to call her, how is the question free?
I bet the free answer takes a few minutes.![]()
Is that a free call then?
It wouldn't be here.![]()
So I'm wondering, what should be my one free question?
Better yet, make it a dirty call to a psychic "what am I wearing"Why not just ask her what your name is?
Why not just ask her what your name is?
