I'm a bit behind now. It's splitting hairs a bit, but was trying to get past the potential identity politics here by suggesting that man could and probably should fight for women's rights as much as women can/do.

Just because I'm not black doesn't mean I can't fight for equality issues. etc.

However, on an individual and daily basis, obviously women have the problem - hence splitting hairs.

Because he thought he was being a smart-arse by posting it, but now that he has been called on it, he can't think of a justifications for doing to, so he's playing stupid games while he desperately tries to make up some killer reason out of whole cloth.

Not quite. I saw it as an image that represented the hearing summed up in one image. I didnt think deeper than that. However, the imagination of many here is quite entertaining.

Again, you're looking too deep. Want me to make up stuff?

Does your article contain the opinions of legal scholars? This one does and spoiler alert; no perjury.

If anybody with authority truthfully believed that Kavanaugh perjured himself they would file charges. Otherwise, I'll take such allegations for what they are, insincere theatrics.

Understood then. The picture is descriptive of the hearing because it's a picture of the hearing. How very worthy of posting it was. Disappointing for those of us hoping that it meant something.
 
Kavanaugh said that he was legally drinking at 18 years of age. The drinking age at the time was 21. That's perjury.

It's not a matter of proving that Kavanaugh lied multiple times during his hearings. It's a matter of shaming Republicans enough to admit it.

They grandfathered in legal drinkers at the time the age went up.
