We need an independent investigation!

I think he should go over to PrisonPlanet and tell them. They will run with the story like gangbusters...

(Secretly wrings his hands together...)

TAM:)

"deep throat" errr.. "deep pants" visits the JREF

Read them? smartpants claims to have co-authored (through his participation in the investigation) them.

TAM;)
Well, no, he couldn't have co-authored the ones that were actually published. Since they do not agree with the work he claims to have participated in. I'm sure he has in his lap thousands of pages of documents he has worked on and is only waiting for his post count to go up so he can link us to those documents of his. Please smarmypants, you have us on the edge of our seats. We are waiting with baited breath. Thank you for choosing the JREF forum to bring this smoking gun evidence to light!!. We can all feel like we are participating in headline history!!

I've got Olbermann on line #1, and Maddow on #3....Just give me the word...oh, and the proof.

TAM;)

Funny thing is, the professor made his first post in a Bigfoot thread, and the second in one about Sarah Jane Olson.

One would have expected a NIST engineer who doubts the official story to start right away in a thread about the NIST report and the collapse of the towers. :eusa_think:

There was intense pressure placed on us while at the labs and tech centers at the offices of the nat'l Inst. of S & T

Our phone lines and email were tapped, files went missing or were destroyed, we were being handicapped in every way possible, then in the end, many fine and astute people would end up neing maligned for the garbage that was published, officially, although, in effect, it really , that official report, was nothing short of a bogus cliff notes profect.
Hmmmmm......
Interesting.
So not a SINGLE PEEP from your colleagues about this?
These people would be HEROES for coming forward and SET FOR LIFE!
Yet not a peep.
I think your nose is growing there bud.

Yeah I'm not one to be a random grammar nazi, but the odd mishmash of capitalization and punctuation errors are worth pointing out in this instance.

I typically do not criticize for grammar, but if you claim technical writing expertise I expect a coherent argument. I still have no idea what that rambling mess was supposed to be.

Exactly. Also the Pardalis links aren't exactly helping this guy's cause.

If this guys is a former NIST scientist, I am Barack Obama.

QUIT WORKING ON YOUR NCAA BRACKETS AND POSTING ON THE INTERNET AND FIX THE ECONOMY!!!

...oh, now I get it. :p

Yah, I'm calling "young whippersnapper" or "drunken truther" on this one.

you have to be 15 to post here.

Its so cute when barely literate children post their fantasies of belonging to the grown up world on the internet. Hey professor smartypants, what else do you want to be when you grow up? A fireman? a policeman? a builder? an architect? Angry because you are too short to get on the rides? let mommy get you a booster seat.

You were in the technical writing department? Are we supposed to believe that after this gibberish?

Hey .. a guy is entitled to go for a world record number of commas in one sentence from time to time. Lighten up.

:popcorn1

Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Either he is telling the truth, and this might be actually something of interest, or if he isn't telling the truth, this may be one of the lowest truthers have ever come to, after faking videos.

Perhaps our resident scientists could quiz smartpants, I'm sure he would be up to the challenge.

I'd put professor smartypants' account at about the same level as Cynthia McKinney claiming that the US government killed 5000 people after Hurricane Katrina.

Plus most of the folks that work at the National Institute of Standards and technology, where I worked for 20 years, until recently retiring, I worked in analysis, technical writing, specifications, research and testing,

Maybe people left soon after the NIST report came out in print, we are more than dismayed on how we were treated and made to look so bad.

The vast majority of us completely disagreed with the published official report, it defied all of our testing an analysis.

We aren't stupid people, yet the Dept. of Commerce made us look very stupid in the eyes of the American public for what was published.

yet, one good thing in the published report regarding the world trade center was that they never assigned or defined the true cause, there are a lot of what if's, maybe's loose conjecture, split ends leading no where, it was basically a white wash and said or defined nothing

Wow. I shall be very surprised if we ever hear from you again, and if we do, I shall be even more surprised if the above turns out to be accurate.

To Mr. professor smartpants, I've read the NIST report thoroughly, and even though I myself have written about 50 pages of criticism of it, I don't agree with the above at all. It very clearly defines the true cause of collapse in both structures, it is completely consistent with the testing provided in the report itself (including raw data), and it clearly defines a number of corrective actions which have since been incorporated into building codes worldwide.

Your comments above suggest that you haven't even read the Report you claim to have worked on. If you wish to correct this perception, I invite you to elaborate.

P.S.: It's usually "smartypants." And it's "McDonnell Douglas," not "McDonald Douglas." DC-10s are not hamburgers. Hope that helps.

How much does a janitor make there? Which department was cleanest?

Here, I'll make it easy for you:

A partial (but long) list of agencies, organizations, and experts responding to and investigating the 9/11 attacks.–

Provide evidence that one scientist or engineer who worked on the NIST WTC reports agrees with your statements above, and I'll quit my debunking and apologize to all truthers.

If this is really your first few posts here on jref, after making such claims, you will have to verify your credentials. Since you appear to disagree with the conclusions of the report, please be prepared to answer an onslaught of questions, most fair, but some won't be.

If you are being dishonest, that will be exposed rather quickly as well.
His claims are so stupid, he has already confirmed his credentials. Why are you unable to figure this out? Oh, this is indicative of your investigative skills associated with 911. Cool

I am pretty sure he meant the happy meal kind of plane.

It's amazing how you are able to take the most innocuous comment and attack it with your halting, childish prose.
