Before leaving office, Tulsi Gabbard rescinds the ODNI reports.
At least, that's what I think she's saying. Herridge doesn't make it clear what exactly those "two, Biden-era Intelligence Community Assessments (ICA)," are.
However, she always goes out of her way to make it 100% clear that she's on Trump's side and blames Biden for all things (allegedly) bad.

1) "us from the original cohort in Havana." People who have been following this story know that Polymeropoulos was not in the original cohort in Havana in 2016. He was nowhere near Cuba. He didn't hear and record the Indies long-tailed crickets. He was in a hotel room in Moscow in 2017 when he thought he was being attacked by directed energy weapons.
2) Who (and how many) are the "select few of us" who "never gave up"? And what does it mean that they "never gave up"? Did the ones who "gave up" just not care about the money anymore? Or did they come to terms with reality? Did they realize that they weren't victims of a DEW attack? Did they understand that their cricket recordings were nothing more than that? Did they give up the "exhausting fight" because they understood that they had been fighting against windmills? That they had been manipulated into believing that their brains had been damaged?
3) Polymeroulos doesn't mention that what he was hoping for from Tulsi Gabbard was the declassification of documents that would prove that the "original cohort in Havana in ‘16" (and thus he himself by association) were attacked by an adversary using DEWs. From what we know, she released no such documents. Instead, she declared two of the most thorough investigations of the 'syndrome' null and void – much the same way that she declared that the lab leak of SARS-CoV-2 was real and Fauci was a villain. However, in the case of those two issues, she released documents to prove her point, which they didn't. In the case of the 'syndrome,' there appears to have been nothing other than the declaration.
Polymeropoulos can't be unaware of this.

I thought Trump's nominee for DNI director wasn't asked about his attitude to the 'syndrome' at the recent confirmation hearing. Most of the clips I saw focused on Jay Clayton's refusal to answer very simple questions about the 2020 presidential election. Trump seems to think that MAGA's Big Election Lie is the most important qualification for getting a position in his administration:

Yes, in a way, If true, but I think he's grossly exaggerating.
Besides, again if true, he didn't exactly prevent them from getting health-care, he was just responsible for getting them permission to shirk previously mandatory jabs, which is more akin to helping them commit assisted (albeit involuntary) suicide.
I assume that only an ignorant and very small minority of the alleged 400,000 didn't take advantage of getting the free jabs.
And then there's this:
The irony is that this genius may not only have helped some people die by staying unvaccinated. He may also have helped others get non-fatally infected with Covid (and maybe even get Long Covid), the symptoms of which some of them may have interpreted as the symptoms of directed energy attacks.
That's a win-win for a conspiracy nut.

James Giordano, who has been adamant that 'AHI1' cases, approximately corresponding to the Havana cases in 2016-17, were the real McCoy, now embraces Catherine Herridge's alleged new cases:
Giordano now claims that there are two kinds of DEW attacks: "One was a form of sonic energy, and the other appears to be a laser-induced microwave."
I guess Giordano feels more confident with this new line of thinking because it avoids the problem of switching from one explanation, i.e. sonic attacks, to another, i.e. microwaves. Now it's both!
Herridge and Giordano stick to the rule of conduct that has been in place for a couple of years:
