Well I was born in 1947. Who should I apologise to on a personal level? If I had my way things like this would never happen. Does russia or China ever catch any heat for the things they've done? How does Russia or china respond when that happens? Do they deny it? Do they shrug their shoulders and say so what or do they apologise for their atrocities like America does?

I'm fairly certain any politicians that knew about this when it was happening are no longer in power.

That doesn't mean I'm against compensating the victims or their surviving families though.
