UK claims to have foiled 'terrorist' plot against airbase

A group of men from London, in vans marked "Fuel2U" a company that is fake, are caught near farms that store diesel, when it is hitting £2 a litre, at a time when OCGs are active in the theft of fuel. But, that as speculation is way less exciting than they are migrant terrorists who recently arrived on a boat and were planning to attack an air base.

Just last week the hosts of Good Morning Britain tried to shout me down for stating the obvious:

that the illegal boat crisis is a national security emergency.

Tory and Labour governments have been assisted by accomplices in the media in enabling terrorists to travel to Britain and attempt mass terror attacks on British people.

Maybe the farmer that reported them fell out over the price with them.

The Iranian embassy in London has said it "categorically rejects" speculation linking the country to the arrests of five men near RAF Fairford.

In a statement posted on X, the embassy writes it "strongly condemns the recent unfounded and malicious speculations published by some British individuals and media outlets".

It adds: "The circulation of such fabricated speculations, particularly in the aftermath of the criminal acts of aggression committed by the United States and the Israeli regime against the Iranian people, will serve no purpose other than to fuel Iranophobia propaganda in the UK."

The embassy adds that the "Islamic Republic of Iran reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures, as necessary, to safeguard the rights and interests of the country and its people in response to misleading and damaging media narratives"

Quick backtrack...

How could anyone tell the miscreants were "Middle Eastern" if it was 1am in the morning, i.e. pitch darkness, they were running away, and they were wearing masks and balaclavas over their faces? Did they have a peculiarly Middle Eastern type of run that gave it away? And totally inconspicuous white vans at night...

Come on! Is this a TV gag show? A planned-to-fail farage-o?

Really, the "local farmer" gag sounds the most suspicious thing about this. Unless it is spelled "informant".

Oh, and the people who seem to love getting about in masks and balaclavas are The Patriots. And they would also be dum(b) enough to try something like this.

Not a fake company.

ETA: The fake van actually says Fuel 2You.

I'd put their statements as slightly more likely to be accurate than anything that comes from Trump.

But on the whole I expect both to be inveterate liars.

Cars have headlights. Headlights can make otherwise dark areas not dark. That's kind of what they're for.

Various AI 'enhanced' photos are circulating that shows they are obviously Muslims.

NBC seem to have a specialist for RAF related stories. :D
Reminds me of an SNL skit during the first Gulf War:

Wayne: Brick Hugh, ABC. Geez, I wish that was my name! It sounds like James Bond, you know? [ imitates ] “Hugh. Brick Hugh.” Congratulations! Good work, my friend! Okay, Worst Name. CNN Pentagon Correspondent, Wolf Blitzer? Shyeah, right!
Garth: It’s so obvious the guy made it up for the war!
Wayne: Yeah! I know, it’s like, “Hi, we now take you to our War Correspondent, Howitzer Explosion Guy.” Okay!

Such a disappointment for them all.

Calm down everyone: the five young men suspected of trying to blow up RAF Fairford are "British nationals" who "live in London." Such relief! We can all go home and have a nice cup of tea.
As you were.

I would have imagined that Dubai was a safe enough distance from Fairford to allow her to have remained calm before this announcement.

Probably whoever pays for the AI tokens to generate them.

The BBC has shared a version of that photo, but much lower resolution and with the faces blurred, and saying the location has been verified. The sharp, unblurred version is circulating on social media, but I don't know if that's the original or has been AI 'enhanced'.
