You haven provided evidence of only one thing : evidence of video of some glowy thingy which could be a lot of thing (like a balloon) but which is as of now unidentified.

And that's it. There is noe vidence of anythin g else, not even evidence of something extraordinary.

Well, as best I can tell it was on March 19th, 2010 some time in the evening in NYC. Not bothering with TLEs, I decided to look at what Spaceweather.com had during that time period. On this link, they posted an image taken from Times Square on March 19th, 2010! Amazingly, the ISS made a prominent pass that night.

Since your video does not show the ISS and no time is listed (or did I miss a time?), it seems probable that you recorded a pass of the ISS.

Summoning the ISS at regular intervals sounds doable, I just doubt it could be entered in the JREF challenge.

Remember, only release your sky lantern at a scheduled festival, otherwise you may cause UFO sightings!

Personally, I dislike videos that have no data. We have a supposed date but no time and no directions and no real location. The field of view is so narrow, it is hard to tell where in the sky the camera is pointed. As far as evidence goes, this is pretty poor. Lots of pretty moving lights and not much else.

You're not the only one who thinks this, obviously.

Without more information of all kinds (location, exact time/date, direction aimed at, camera, lens and other equipment used...), these videos have little value as evidence for anything.

That's not a UFO. That's clearly Fnargh, in that clapped-out Betelgeusean scout ship he bums around in. You can even see how he hasn't even covered over all the green aura. I hope you're not relying on him for supplying your UFO needs for the JREF challenge. It's 2:1 odds against that piece of crap making it anywhere on time, even if he doesn't get distracted "probing" some poor redneck somewhere and not show up at all.
I had a look at the Dzorb rods in it, and frankly, I not only don't want a ride in it, I don't want to stand directly underneath it. Even when it's on the ground. Those Dzorb rods are why it's so low. It can't get any higher, or the containment will go unstable.
Oh, and tell him I want my jumper cables back.
