If you deny that there is such a thing as a shadow government or 'deep state' as opposed to a 'public state', then you are very ignorant or in severe denial.

So there is no proof that a shadow government exists, yet those who don't believe in one are "very ignorant or in severe denial"?

Let me tell you what I think. I think that all world affairs are secretly controlled by Cthulhu, and that he singlehandedly destroyed the World Trade Center. I don't have any proof, but if you believe otherwise, you are very ignorant and in severe denial.

Oddly enough, I can hear and "touch" the wind. I can measure it's speed and direction, and see it's effects directly. Toss a bit of dust in the air and I can see the wind easily. Heavy rain works, as well. Additonally, there is an abundant body of works on physics, fluid dynamics, and meteorology to support the theory of the movement of air masses; other sicence supports the idea that wind exists. In fact, if I had no concept of wind, the knowledge gained form other areas would force me to postulate it and to wonder why I didn't find it. It's lack of existence would be an anomoly, rather than it's existence being an anomoly. I can create wind myself and see it's effects, and measure this against observations in nature. I can detemrine, with a fair degree of accuracy, the force the wind will exert on a particular structure and design that structure to withstand it. I can model the effects of the wind, and adjust the shape of aircraft bodies to minimize the effects of the wind.

None of these things are true with the idea of a god or of your shadow government.
