Ok, Bill. I'm not opposed to a new investigation. I don't have to pay for it either way, as I'm not a US taxpayer, so go for it. In fact, it kind of bothers me that you haven't already begun, given how many legitimate scientists you claim to have in your ranks. Let's start by defining the investigation:
- Who should pay for it?
- Who should participate in it (i.e, who should the investigators be)?
- Under who's authority should it be conducted?
- Who should grant it subpoena power?
- How should it present it's results?
- If the investigation comes to the same conclusions as the last one, would you accept it? (I know you've already said you wouldn't, Bill, but this is for real twoofers.)
The only way a second investigation would convince the cult to accept reality would be if it involved a time machine. The cult will not accept any conclusion that doesn't involve intriguing government cover-ups, hidden elites of superhuman Jews, or the illuminati. It's no fun without spooky intrigue.
So the answer to your question is, no they would not accept it. Much like the lunatics on Ancient Aliens, 9/11 "truth" cult fanatics have a perverse desire to see history rewritten so that it conforms to their bizarre and laughably preposterous fantasies.
