Except the difference is that they power harass innocent people. The coming investigations against them are not harassment; they've committed real crimes, and these will be real investigations.

So why did they commit crimes and act like they'd never lose power? Answer: Because they expected that they'd never lose power! They believed that the people would love them, and when that clearly turned out to be the case, they planned to switch to Plan B, which was to pull off a coup and destroy democracy. While they may still try that, they're realizing now that pulling off a successful coup is hard work and requires a lot of supporters that they don't have.

They â—Šâ—Šâ—Šâ—Šâ—Šâ—Š around, they're finding out, and it's PANIC TIME!!!

And it boils down to this: they are IIIIIIIIDIOTS!!!

And you win zero points for claiming the people who object to this were the same people who eagerly spread the Charlie Kirk video. The great majority of people with a shred of decency had nothing to do with sharing the Kirk video. Why do you defend these monsters? Because you're in a cult.

Bare in mind that Trump has posted a video of himself (obviously AI as it features him running) fighting and playing with a tiger that deliberately mocks the death of a young man in the UK who committed suicide by climbing into a tiger enclosure. (It definitely is deliberately referencing this event as it begins with Trump and the tiger in exactly the same positions as the victim and the tiger that killed him in images from the event shared online.) They have no sense of shame or basic human decency.
