The diplomatic row was initially sparked last week, when the US joined North Korea and Russia in voting against extending Volker Turk's term as UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
US ambassador Dan Negrea said the delegation would continue to make similar protests until France "renounces their condescending and disrespectful rhetoric".

God Jesus, we heard the same crap in Vitenam, that the bombing of the North had Ho Chi Minh on the ropes.
As much as I despise the Iranian regime....and think they now see this war as being the means by which they gain total domination over the Mideast...I beleive them a lot more then I do donnie. Why the hell should they make concessions/ I think a Majority of the Iranian people would support a status quo anti bellum deal (things go back to the way they were before the war) but since when have the Iranian people had a real voice in the goverment; ignore the rigged elections.
And the most recent cease fire did not last very long, I see.

Trump meeting with Nehthyanu . Someone pointed out he has met more with bibi in his presidency then FDR did with Churchill in his Presidenty.
We know that Bibi will advocate escalation and I think Trump will buy into that.
I honestly think a lot of people in the GOP are going to firn out Trumo does not give a damn about the GOP except as it serves him to get what he wants; in the end the only think Trump cares about is Trump, and his whole massive ego.
What gets t me about Trump is he just does not get that a little humtiliary on occasion is a good thing and plays well with the non cult member voters. but his ego will not allow that.

This..but Trump is beginning to lose his ability to do this. He is ignoring how some of his core is begging to turn on him over the war.
This his got to be his hail mary. If it fails, he's going to go deeper off the end than he already has.
