Might be interesting to see how much oil money has flowed out of Venezuela since the earthquake. I mean, it would be a great opportunity for the Trump administration to show how much they care about the plight of people of Venezuela if they can show how those profits from Venezuela's oil are actually going to rescue and reconstruction. Wouldn't it?
