The US has never played its hand well with respect to Cuba, largely because policy in that area was solely the province of the kind of people who think the only patriotic colour between 1861 and 1865 was grey.

It's low res but it doesn't look real to me, look at the little finger on Trump's fist and compare it to Mr Nvidia's, they seem to both be the same with same weird distortion and there is an apparent distortion in Mr Tesla's fist.
