While I agree with his assessment of Trump, I do find his comparing Trump to what the US 'has always been' rather hypocritical considering Britain's own rather unsavory history.

I saw JD Vance in a press conference today. He was asked about this in general and Vance's response was that he Trump wasn't like doing the trades on his Robinhood in the middle of the night. He has financial advisers who make those transactions.

Not sure what that has to do with schilling his stocks in public. Dude is a cancer. And I'm curious how far Vance would deviate from Trump if elected in 2028.

Making a big deal about launching investigations into things that can be found to be utterly false with 2 seconds and a google search is standard practice for the Republican establishment. It has nothing to do with truth, reason, or justice and everything to do with psychological and media manipulation.
