I did a quick search and this appears to be a rumour that's been circulating on social media with nothing to back it up.

It'll lead into Arlington cemetery so yes I would definitely expect it to be capable of being used for the most solemn funeral processions rather than an obstacle to drive around.

Trump previously told reporters the fairy on top was "lady liberty" (with wings?) which suggests he hasn't given any thought to what the symbolism might actually represent. He just knows that like a Christmas tree it'll look a bit blingier with a fairy on the top.

The giant fairy is supposed to be the winged victory, I think, but I don't think Trump has any idea who that is, so he started saying Lady liberty instead.

Bur fairy works well, he certainly is away with them. Wish he'd remove himself to the bottom of the Mar a Lago garden with them.

Off topic but our TCAD software changed and the supplier visited to give us some training on the new packages. We used the training room where people were also trained to go into the fab, so there was a dummy in clean room PPE.

The visiting engineer asked about that dummy then said "I used to wear similar clothing in Berlin clubs in the 1990s"
