This would make sense if Trump is on Leqembi - a treatment for early Alzheimer's disease to slow cognitive decline. It is administered via IV infusion every two weeks, which would explain Trump's bruised and bandaged hand. It carries risks like brain swelling/bleeding requiring MRI monitoring, which would explain his mysterious recent MRI. One side effect of Leqembi is fatigue, which would explain his falling asleep lately. This all makes sense given Trump’s obvious cognitive decline this year.

Sort of true. It appears someone asked the question, and he implied that he hadn't thought of it before, and made it clear that the idea seemed a good one to him, worth pursuing. It's quite possible that when he talks to his keepers they'll talk him out of it because it's such a bad idea, but I would suggest that it's telling that he wasn't able to say that himself.
