Former FBI director James Comey has pleaded not guilty in a federal court in Virginia to charges of making false statements to Congress and obstruction of justice.

the judge has set 5 January for Comey's trial.

So it's not actually about who gets care, it's about how much money the hospital and its shareholders make.

I remember watching a "documentary" about that once..

"You're standing right now with nine delegates from 100 gangs. And there's over a hundred more. That's 20,000 hardcore members. Forty-thousand, counting affiliates, and twenty-thousand more, not organized, but ready to fight: 60,000 110000soldiers! Now, there ain't but 20,000 12000police in the whole town. Can you dig it?"
