Except the points causing the shutdown have nothing to do with illegal aliens. They have not, nor is it being proposed, to give them ACA tax credits. Its about keeping the ACA credits for American citizens, and legal residents.

Hospitals have to provide emergency services to anyone who walks in, thats not "on the table" it has nothing to do with the shutdown.

Trumpkins don't think Untermenschen deserve medical care. Unfortunately, neither do the staff at US concentration camps, apparently. I've heard history stories of inmates denied access to medicines and medical treatment.
