Trump's Second Term

1. Slandering the man who presidented while black (twice!!) is never needless in their world.
2. Same with ass-licking Drumpf. To the contrary it'll probably be mandatory soon to praise him so five times a day, on a prayer mat, facing Washington DC. Mecc-A-Lago
3. What better way to honour a fallen fascist comrade than 1 and 2?

Reporter: The president of Venezuela called the strike on the boat illegal

Trump: What’s illegal is the fact that 300 million people died last year from drugs
For a start, lol what are numbers anyway. Secondly, he knows that the people on the boat were not smuggling drugs. Otherwise he would have doubled down, not changed the subject so quickly.

It's looking like Trump can't do too much in one day. They have to calculate appearances and golf outings (no photos at golf) to make it look like nothing is wrong.
Donald Trump was a no-show at Sunday’s religious vigil for slain right-wing activist Charlie Kirk.
The vigil started at 6 p.m. and was attended by 85 members of Congress as well as key MAGA figures, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

While Trump was not present, his presence was felt.

During her impassioned speech, Leavitt covered for her boss, stating, “I speak on behalf of the president when I say President Trump loved you, Charlie, so much.”

Trump didn't give a single flying personal ◊◊◊◊ about Kirk when he was alive. Now he's a dead loser, this is his tribute - going "golfing" again on the taxpayer's dime.

Trump is likely wearing something to monitor him. This is why he wears a suit to a tennis match. Is there some guy following him at all times with the defibrillattor paddles in his briefcase? Trump has no wrist band, but a bluetooth device, "Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap - ANT + Bluetooth, Waterproof HR Sensor for Men and Women" in Amazon, can go on the arm or chest.

Not quite enough to turn up, it appears. When she said "so much" did she demonstrate by holding up her hand with finger and thumb a few inches apart?

President Donald Trump will make a state visit to the UK this week, marking his second such stop during his presidency. Trump will head to Chequers on Thursday, the country house of the sitting UK prime minister, where he’ll meet Keir Starmer for a series of bilateral meetings, followed by a joint news conference later that day.

Trump, 79, and King Charles, 76, have known each other for decades, dating back to Charles’s visit to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in the late 1980s. More recently, Charles sent Trump a personal note after he survived an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pa.
Trump will end his week traveling to Arizona to attend the funeral of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Wednesday. Kirk, the charismatic founder of Turning Point USA, was shot during an outdoor debate on the Utah Valley University campus.

Football is sissy! it's bad for America!

Donald J. Trump
@realDonald Trump
The NFL has to get rid of that ridiculous looking new Kickoff Rule. How can they make such a big and sweeping change so easily and quickly. It's at least as dangerous as the "normal" kickoff, and looks like he'll. The ball is moving, and the players are not, the exact opposite of what football is all about. "Sissy" football is bad for America, and bad for the NFL! Who comes up with these ridiculous ideas? It's like wanting to "roll back" the golf ball so it doesn't go (nearly!) as far.
Fortunately, college football will remain the same, hopefully forever!!

What's the population of the USA Donald?

Reporter: The president of Venezuela called the strike on the boat illegal

Trump: What’s illegal is the fact that 300 million people died last year from drugs

300 million would be a reasonable estimate for the number of users, worldwide. In the United States, in 2023, there were a little over 100,000 deaths from drug overdoses.

Assuming Trump was trying to talk about drug deaths in the United States, he was off by a factor of 3000. If he was trying to talk about the number of deaths worldwide due to drug use (almost all due to alcohol), he was off by a factor of 100.

So we should give him credit for being more accurate than usual.

Trump is suggesting that companies should issue financial reports semiannually, not quarterly.
Obviously an attempt to avoid frequent reminders how big the Profits are at a time of rising inflation and unemployment.
In theory not a bad idea, in practice hard to implement.

Coal is the way because Russia!

Rep. Michael Rulli: "When you first get elected into office, everybody says 'all of the above' for natural resources, for energy. But in reality it's just natural gas and coal that can produce right now ... you look at Russia, they're building coal plants left and right. We're closing coal plants ... coal is the way."
