Don't tell her violent crime is down. It's "not down for people who are suffering from violent crime". Hmm.

Similarly, don't tell her cases of bubonic plague are way down compared to the early middle ages. They're not down for the few hundred people worldwide who catch bubonic plague in any year. Just have a think about that.

The DOJ said the law that lets the President call up the National Guard overrides the Posse Comitatus Act, which normally bans using the military for law enforcement.

They also argued there’s no proof the troops intimidated anyone—they were sent because federal officers were under attack.
