Trump's Second Term

Isn't the question kind of oxymoronic? It's the raving crackpot wing of the crackpot party. I suppose there might be some people who are not raving crackpots but only playing the part for the money, but if they are getting away with it the distinction is without a difference.

IOW, they're p zombies. Is anybody surprised?

Peter Navarro: "The only problem right now is Jay Powell. Shame on him. He should resign. If he were in Japan, he'd be down on his knees begging the forgiveness of the emperor."

He should be begging the forgiveness of a ceremonial position that has no political power? What would the US equivalent be?
Yes, I know. He just saw the word "Emperor" and automatically assumed it meant absolute power.

The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History has removed all references to Donald Trump’s two impeachments from its presidential impeachment exhibit—following direct pressure from the White House, according to multiple credible sources.

The previous exhibit included Trump alongside Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Bill Clinton. But as of July 2025, that reference is gone. The updated display now claims that “only three presidents have seriously faced removal”—completely erasing Trump from one of the most consequential chapters of modern political history.

Museum insiders say the change was part of a broader content “review” initiated after Trump’s team pressured the Smithsonian, threatened museum leadership, and pushed for ideological purges across federal cultural institutions.

And of course, Nixon did not "seriously [face] removal" considering he wasn't even impeached. Come to think of it, Clinton also continued clocking in every day, removal-risk free.

Ghislaine is innocent because the reviled Media and Biden told us about her.

Newsmax's Greg Kelly on Ghislaine Maxwell: "There's something else going on here. It's an injustice ... people are horrified when I say that this individual just might be innocent. But think about it. Who told us about her? The most reviled institutions in America. The media and the Biden justice department."

Burn in hell, Greg Kelly.

If only Diddy had been nicer to Donald he would have a pardon by now.

Q: Sean Diddy Combs. Would you consider pardoning him?

Well, he was essentially, I guess, sort of half innocent. Probably— I was very friendly with him but when I ran for office he was very hostile and it’s hard. So, I don't know, it's more difficult.

Q: More likely a no?

Trump: I would say so

If you say nice things about Donny then you are automatically innocent.

And vice versa.

Nixon would have been impeached and removed if he had not resigned. And it would have happened sooner if not for the problem of getting rid of Spiro Agnew first.

Trump accuses Schumer of political extortion and tells Senate Republicans to refuse his offer: go home and explain to your constituents what bad people the Democrats are, and what a great job the Republicans are doing, and have done, for our Country. Have a great RECESS

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
Senator Cryin' Chuck Schumer is demanding over One Billion Dollars in order to approve a small number of our highly qualified nominees, who should right now be helping to run our Country.
This demand is egregious and unprecedented, and would be embarrassing to the Republican Party if it were accepted. It is political extortion, by any other name. Tell Schumer, who is under tremendous political pressure from within his own party, the Radical Left Lunatics, to GO TO HELL! Do not accept the offer, go home and explain to your constituents what bad people the Democrats are, and what a great job the Republicans are doing, and have done, for our Country. Have a great RECESS and, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

Senator Cryin' [not in quotes] Chuck Schumer is demanding over One Billion Dollars in order to approve a small number of our highly qualified nominees, who should right now be helping to run our Country. [syntax that Trump doesn't use in speech]
This demand is egregious and unprecedented [words Trump doesn't know and can't spell], and would be embarrassing to the Republican Party if it were accepted. It is political extortion, by any other name. [Donny doesn't do similes] Tell Schumer, who is under tremendous political pressure from within his own party, the Radical Left Lunatics, to GO TO HELL! Do not accept the offer, go home and explain to your constituents [not a Trump word] what bad people the Democrats are, and what a great job the Republicans are doing, and have done, for our Country.
Have a great RECESS and, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!! [Out of character with the rest of the post. AI-generated Trumpism, probably]
Why this isn't a Trump-thumbs post.

They're saying we had the greatest six months in the history of the presidency. We have done so much — the Big Beautiful Bill... that's the biggest tax cuts ever ... wait until you see the boom that this country goes through in five or six months from now ..."

He won't remember a word of this 10 minutes after the cameras stop rolling.
