Sadly I am not sure she would be able to sue Trump personally, since there are various legal protections against civil litigation when a president does something in an "official" capacity.

I wonder if she might at least be able to sue the government for wrongful termination (depending on whether her position was "at the pleasure of the president"). Which would not be as satisfying as her suing Trump directly but would still be a least a little bit of an embarasment to him.

Always remember he is thick, he can't understand any mathematics bar addition and substraction and bigger percentages are gooder than littler ones. Plus if he thinks any figure is not good for him it is the figure that is wrong.

Everyone tends to exaggerate for effect, to make things sound better or worse or larger or smaller. Trump just feels free to do it with numbers. Others recognise there's a difference between opinion and fact, so making up numbers is lying. Trump is free of such bonds. If 100 million is a big number, next time he'll say it was 200 million which sounds better. If questioned, he'll say it was 250 million.

He goes beyond that, he shoots the messenger and then appoints a new messenger to tell him what he wants to hear. Of course doing so in this case has major consequences as politicizing these statistics means that no one one in the financial markets can trust them anymore.

Apologies if this has tidbit has been posted already. The Trump admin will pay money to have perfectly good contraceptives destroyed for ideological reasons rather than simply allow an NGO to take them and do some good in poor nations.

I suppose this is one of the more minor travesties of this presidency so far but its still a disgrace. Perhaps either the French of Belgian governments can step in and do something to prevent this but I doubt they will. Europe has proven absolutely feckless and servile in the face of Trump.

I think she could not sue Trump for the termination but I do believe she could sue him for the lies he said about her and her motivations.

High risk IMO. SCOTUS would almost certainly rule that it was fine because those actions were taken as part of his presidential role.
