Trump's Second Term

John Kennedy
@SenJohnKennedy
President Trump is guided by the principle that if you’re going to be a bear, be a grizzly.
That’s how he brought the E.U. to the table and made a deal that’s inarguably a gigantic WIN for America.
Oh yeah, tell us what the grizzly accomplished?

It became a symbol for Russia? Fine, if you want to get technical, Russian bears are apparently a different subspecies of brown bears, but close enough for Trump and the GOP' purpose to make the US more like Russia, just worse.

Relying upon NYT reporting on the Qatari 747 jet, Lindsey Granger wrote, "Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth just found nearly a billion dollars — $934 million to be exact — hidden deep in the Pentagon couch cushions....NBC News reported that the actual cost could climb north of $1 billion — possibly more — especially since the aircraft needs to be stripped nearly to the studs to install encrypted communications, harden defenses, and protect against cyber and physical threats."

This will make a great agenda item at the next Senate Oversight Committee.
Can they release it back to Trump without tearing the secret/security changes back to civilian?
Nope. All the Secret Squirrel stuff has to be taken out again. And since it will be deeply embedded in the aircraft structure, it will take a lot of unscrewing and removal of components and panels, etc.

Actually... They should do that. Rip all the secret gear out but not make good on repairs afterwards. Leave it a ripped-up wreck that can't possibly fly, with the doors off their hinges, carpet ripped up, and all the couch-cushions piled up down the back. Especially the avionics and flight control equipment not reassembled, so you can't even turn the key to start it. Panels left open on the outside, etc. After all, it won't be a US Air Force plane by then, but Trump's own problem. He's stinking rich - let him afford to fix it.
