It's the same majority-grievance victimization complex that works over and over again. Straight, white men are the real victims here because all the good, important jobs are being given to non-straight, non-white, non-men. Everybody knows those groups are not affected by any sort of systemic bigotry. It's just common sense.

The attack on DEI is inherently racist because it assumes the person hired can't be qualified for the position, which is laughably ironic considering Donnie Diaper's cabinet nominees.
