U.S. voters elected the most corrupt person to ever occupy the resolute desk. As long as the dems and the media refuse to do whatever necessary to pound this fact home, I think yeah, the magats will prevail and the rest of us will have to put up with it.

like, i don’t really get it. whatever trump takes out is someone else’s money. most of these bitcoin scams end up with the founders caught red handed and you have to just not care and hope people stop asking. which trump is capable of, but he also needs to explain this. he can’t just act like he has no clue and have his victims, which are mostly his own supporters and fans, to just forget about it. lots of normal people lost thousands of dollars in the last 24 hours. probably many, many thousands of people, just due to the trading volume alone. ordinary people clicking links he gave them excited for their president.

Probably pointless to point it out to you, but since you apparently pride yourself in your 'skepticism'--can you come up with a possible reason the ADL might be defending the Trump regime? Give it some serious thought. Don't indulge your confirmation bias, look at the history, the facts, the evidence, you know--the things we as skeptics are supposed to look at. And think of analogies, that might help because even people without a lot of experience or education can relate to analogies. For example, why might J.D. Vance, who once called Trump "an idiot' 'the opioid of the people' and possibly 'America's Hitler' why might he be on the Trump train? If you can figure that out, it might further your skeptical aspirations.

Can I ask you what you thought of it when you first saw it? Like, what was your gut reaction?
Did you think, "Oh he is showing how much his heart is going out to the people who voted for him?" and then be suddenly surprised to read that people were interpreting it as a Nazi salute?

Or did you at least think to yourself. "Oh, that looks a bit dodgy. I hope there is a rational explanation for this." and were then relieved to find out the ADL gave Musk a clean bill of health?

I'm just curious.
