I'm sure they understand the distinction from what was actually said (by a conservative paper, at that) but it is line with their policy of lying to brainwash their viewers.

Of course the article notes that his DOJ was being utterly pounded in the courts by what were illegal firings. So this basically him following the court's orders.

I'd not be surprised to find Trump issuing an EO to end auto regulations requiring seatbelts and airbags, because all regulations are bad. Betcha he's never buckled up in The Beast.

What we have to watch out for is the situation where a likely unlawful action is rescinded in the middle of a court action challenging it. The rescission moots the pending action, which then must be dismissed. This is done unscrupulously when it looks like you're probably going to lose in court. Then the action is reinstated so that the court challenge has to start all over again. In theory this is estopped, but you can get around this by issuing effectively the same order with different details so that it looks legally distinct from the mooted action.

Three times she stepped onto the US side and said "USA #1" then stepped onto the Canada side and said "51st State". I hope she was in the Children's section as that seems to be the appropriated maturity the level for her. Likely checking out Old Yeller.

1. Contributors to Social Security are not investors.
2. Social Security is transparent about how it works; there is no fraud.
3. Republicans have been trying to get their hands on that money for fifty years to fund their tax cuts for the wealthy.
