After he spoke about his intentions over and over, no less? How much of that will go to Trump, incidentally? They've been making a big stink about how Trump is the victim of lawfare for a fair while now, after all. Nevermind that every case of such involved him being extremely guilty.
 
Both America and russia seem to be drawing closer and closer to some kind of regime change. Dump will probably be 25th'd or dead soon, or both, and people are looking increasingly mad at putin and his 'special military operation', so maybe he'll have a fall out a window? I mean, both of them would probably be replaced by someone equally terrible, but putin's successor would probably gain more favour from the people by ending the war everyone seem to be tired of, and Vance (or whoever gets the throne after Dump) is just a weirdo who'll never command anything like the orange king's cult following.

Or maybe I'm being overly optimistic.

Yeah, all the calls for the 25th are from people who don't know how it works or why it was created. It's designed for situations where the President is in a coma, unconscious, or otherwise incapacitated. As a practical matter, the standard for "incapacitated" is "The President is unable to write a letter saying he can do the job of President". He doesn't have to actually be capable of doing the job of President, just capable of writing a letter saying that he can.

If he can't write the letter, his Cabinet can remove him with a straight majority vote.

If the President can write that letter, then he can contest this removal and the 25th Amendment will require a 2/3 majority in the House and Senate to remove the President. Regular impeachment only takes a straight majority in the House and a 2/3 majority in the Senate.

If you can't get the votes for Impeachment, be aware the bar for 25th Amendment removal is even harder.

Not just overly optimistic. Extremely overly optimistic. Neither will ever cede power while still alive. And they'll be succeeded by someone just as bad.

You know he's lying because if he really believed it was being well received he would be claiming all the credit instead of dropping it like it was hot.
