That picture shows a tiny part of a National Park where the native grass is not up to Trump's golf course standards.

The mountains on the horizon are in a National Forest that suffered a wildfire last year. I guess the leaves should have been raked. The Trump administration has fired or retired about 7400 Forest Service employees. Those who remain will just have to rake faster.

Can you imagine the frenzy the 2nd amendment gun huggers would be in if Obama or Biden had done this: Armed forces under direct presidential control, seizing control of the streets of the nation's capital? They're staring directly into the jaws of the leopard and telling themselves this is fine.

Telling themselves that it's fine or cheering it on. I'd be surprised about how completely they ignore the principles that they pretended to care about if they hadn't already shown how empty their claim are, over and over and over.

Wow, he looks absolutely awful, like a walking corpse. And yeah, remember when Biden was at his most tired and frail in 2024 and it was frontpage news for months? Yeah, me too. Not the media, though, sick presidents are apparently not worth covering anymore.

Hillary got quite a lot of similar coverage, too, of course, and she wasn't even President.
