I imagine whatever we guess it will be at least that bad if not worse. One of the things I did not see, though I might have missed it, was a promise I seem to recall hearing that he would replace virtually all Federal civil servants with political loyalists, essentially making the entire Federal bureaucracy a spoils system. Almost guaranteed to be hopelessly stupid, corrupt and inefficient, in other words three reasons to do it.

Words could describe how happy Trump would be

1) no whistleblowers
2) every job filled by someone ready to take the fall for him
3) no Saturday Night Massacers because every is loyal to the Trumpenführer
4) the admiration of dictators large and small. Imagine how easy it would be for Russia or China to plant spies in high-level jobs. The dictators will use praise to manipulate him.
