Trump's Coup d'état.

Yes, but that's not what I'm talking about.

Cops don't treat right wing extremists as enemies. Right wing crimes count for less in their eyes. That's my point. They look the other way while these fascists engage in blatant criminality in the streets.

And in truth, they've done so even though armed right-wingers have repeatedly shot and killed police on multiple occasions.

But you know, can't let the young negros in Baltimore ride the bus home from school, someone sent a mean tweet about a "purge" in a local mall (note: actual reason given for Baltimore setting off riots in 2015).

lol it's not every day that an angry mob of fascists takes over the capital, even if it is only temporarily. so really, what's an appropriate reaction to that?

The Insurrectionists are now calling the DC Police four letter words and calling them Traitors.
So much for the Trumpers loving the police.
I think they are anarchists at theart.

Are you not getting this? Trump wants this. He thinks this will keep him in office, either as president or as a dictator. The only regret he has right now is that the mob didn't succeed in lynching any legislators. Yet.
I'm sure he wants it. Not sure if that's for revenge or he actually thinks it will keep him in office.

The Insurrectionsits are saying they are going to defy the curfew and get even roughter after dark.
Send in the National Guard, fully armed, with orders to give one warining to the rioters, and then open fire.
Extreme measure, yes, but this must be crushed ASAP. Half Measured won't work.

As there is ALWAYS a relevant Tweet:

Trump tweeted on the 27th July:

"Anarchists, Agitators or Protestors who vandalize or damage our Federal Courthouse in Portland, or any Federal Buildings in any of our Cities or States, will be prosecuted under our recently re-enacted Statues & Monuments Act. MINIMUM TEN YEARS IN PRISON. Don’t do it!"
