Damn, Nike took a beating AFTER I sold the stock @ $84.50. It closed at $84.76 so I didn't time it perfectly, but not bad. So if that holds it will open tomorrow at about $81. I don't get it. Share prices dropped 4 percent and this was after a 10 percent growth in sales and 15 percent growth in profit. I expect to re buy the stock in the morning. Sometimes I don't understand the market. What the hell were analysts expecting?

"You have Hillary who has called black teens or black kids super-predators. I mean, we have a presidential candidate who's deleted emails and done things illegally, and is a presidential candidate. That doesn't make sense to me, because if that was any other person, you'd be in prison."

Yeah, he bought into some BS about Hillary. Doesn't take away from the fact that he is right that police brutality is out of control.

I'm not sure preference has anything to do with it. Either they did or they didn't. It's either an amazing coincidence that a 31 year old healthy Super Bowl QB can't get even a backup job in the NFL or it isn't.

I would prefer that it was a coincidence.

Uh...

Before you pretend to care about black people, have you considered not telling moldy old rape jokes?

I voted for Hillary Clinton (and would do so again). I also voted for her when she was running as US Senator for New York and thought she did a great job as our Senator. Obviously, I don't agree with Kapernick's comments regarding Hillary but I don't have any big problem with him making them, nor would I want to see him retaliated against because of them.

This kind of thought process makes no sense to Trump supporters. Cult members all tend to think alike and think what their leaders tells them. Not agreeing with everything a person says is strange to them.

It's fascinating that someone who scoffed at the idea of Trump trying to turn the U.S. into a dictatorship would remind people of how wrong they turned out to be.

Oh, that someone will still deny that Trump is trying to turn the USA into a dictatorship.

Is this claim going to turn out like the Trump/Russia investigation? How's that looking now?

Robert Mueller, Jul 24, 2019

The former US special counsel Robert Mueller methodically demolished Donald Trump’s central claims about his Russia investigation – insisting the results did not exonerate Trump – but he did not provide the fireworks that supporters of impeachment had been craving as he testified to Congress on Wednesday.

Testifying for almost seven hours at back-to-back hearings on Capitol Hill, Mueller rejected the US president’s claims that his investigation was “a witch-hunt”, that Russian election interference was “a hoax” and that Mueller’s report provided Trump with “total exoneration”.
Mueller expressed fears that hostile government interference in US elections, and political candidates failing to report it, may become “the new normal”.

You haven’t been keeping up with Durham, have you?

Are you just hopping from thread to thread trying to "Buttery Mails" each one?

Did Durham release any actual evidence recently? I've seen the headlines but has someone been arrested, indicted, or anything?
