Tricky Ways To Pull Down A Skyscraper

Here's another one, from closer.

Notice how they're talking to each other in the background, and only start reacting to the collapse after the façade has dropped several stories. They didn't hear a thing, they're reacting to seeing the drop. The East penthouse falls at about 3 seconds, they react at about 11 seconds or so, so about 8 full seconds after the explosives would have to have started going off. No way the delay in sound travel could account for that.

The video quality of the entire reel that was taken from is poor; it's badly overexposed, which only gets worse with copying. The overexposure blends the smoke in with the sky.

It's only value is that it catches the drop of the East Penthouse and the rippling effect of the ensuing internal collapse.

Naturally, this is the part that truthers edited out when they pulled their con job on Danny Jowenko (as well as omitting the sound.)

As I said, there are only 4 videos, AFAIK, that capture the fall of the east Penthouse. Besides the interview of the EMT and the poor quality, mounted camera footage already mentioned, there's Ashley Banfield's interview which has OK foreground exposure, but WTC 7 in the background is over-exposed so you can't see much; plus this good quality video distant shot from a mounted, continuously running camera. It does a good job indicating just how large were the fires in WTC 7.

With the collapse of the EPH and the WPH you can see the entire north face being pulled inward... as the core had collapsed and the girders/beam attached to it were yanked inward and down.

Clearly what descends LAST is just the curtain wall with the steel frame just inside of it.

Actually, the North Facade is NOT the last part of WTC 7 to fall! As you can see in these stills from a video shot by a resident of a nearby high-rise and used in one of Gage's YouTubes, there were columns falling even after the North Facade was completely gone! (Gage, of course, completely misses it.)

As a matter of fact, you can see it in most all of the videos. The collapse of WTC 7 was very messy and chaotic, not in any sense "controlled", other than by the laws of physics.

This video is another where the operator misses the fall of the E.P.

That would be the other end from the column 79 area, I take it, since the interior collapse progressed from there outward. Yes, very messy. And uncontrolled. There also would be, I imagine, interior debris undercutting columns all over as they come down. In any case: no noise, no detonators, no explosives > no CD.

Excuse me... what was the last part to collapse?

This is much ado about nothing... The vids show the curtain wall from the north side coming down.. It includes the west face as well. The north face shows a building high kink or inward bow.. indicating that there was no floors behind it. The columns and spandrels just behind the north wall were likely still engaged to the facade... the floors.. likely not.

What came down last was the curtain wall and perhaps the columns it was attached to at the perimeter of the building. You can see the skin had folded in over the pile obviously the last part to fall... it's on top of the pile.

At 7:25 in the first video you can see a discoloration occur across the building and the first few windows break, along with the penthouse tilting in. There should have been a boom at that point plus the distance to the mic divided by the speed of sound, if explosives were used.

In the ten seconds before 7:25 you can see a lot of extra smoke comes out billowing from the building even from the top of the other penthouse. Something is happening in the building at that time.

Would that be the floors falling down from around column 79?

Nah, that's them super-duper-silent explosives demolishing the interior of the building without the sound leaking out. Muffled by office furnishings, don't ya know. :D

I know a tried and tested way to demolish skyscrapers fly large planes into them

130 decibels is comparable with a lot of things that would not be heard from inside a fully furnished building. What study did they do of noise attenuation by the fact that the building was fully furnished?
Are you implying that no one would notice the equivalent of a rock concert inside the building? Including the survivors who were inside the building?

No noise was present on 9/11?

:dl:

Can you really not see how transparent you are?

Yes, as I've pointed out before, most of those who suffered auditory injuries at the Murrah building bombing (detonated outside) were those who were outside and/or in vehicles, while most of those suffering bodily injuries were inside.[...]
And I and others pointed out you were studiously dancing around the question of barotrauma, as well as the fact that so many people were harmed by the blast in a manner not present on 9/11, and the destroyed windows for blocks around also not present on 9/11.

Funny how you so frequently seem to forget about those little details when you describe your past triumphs.

You're right. It's much ado about nothing. Serious engineers and scientists study the events leading to the collapse of the E.P., then the internal collapse leading to the North Facade being pulled inward, then the fall of the W.P. and the North Facade.

At this point, there is no more work to be done. It's just amusing that the troofies start where real scientists stop, with the fall of the North Facade. But they don't notice those niggling little details that contradict their notion of a precise "controlled demolition", like columns still toppling over even after the North Facade has dropped.

which columns would that be?

The ones in the screen caps I posted. You can see for yourself. Just save the images, then open with any photo viewer, and scroll through. It's very obvious. So obvious, that no truther has ever noticed it.

As I said, there's no reason for real engineers and scientists to pore over the details of the last seconds of the collapse sequence. But it's hilarious to think of anal-retentives like David Chandler doing so, and not noticing it.

I saw it because I'm the kind of guy who notices that many of the extras playing the battle knights in Excalibur are smoking cigarettes. Once you point it out to someone, they see it right away, in several scenes. My sister-in-law has never forgiven me for spoiling one of her favorite films for her. :boxedin::boxedin:

After all, Chandler pores over video of the collapses looking for "squibs" and evidence of "nanothermite rockets" and even times the fall of the North Facade to prove "free fall", and he misses what should be obvious to a guy like him. But he does miss it because it doesn't fit into his confirmation bias.
