Not saying you're wrong (48 hour rule), but curious as to why you think so. With 18 confirmed gunshot wounds it seems like it may be more than one shooter.

Just a guess. I'm prepared to be wrong.
There have definitely been some mass shootings in the past committed by a single shooter where more than 18 people were shot.
Latest info seems to be that there are now 3 people who have been arrested, and a source says that it "appeared to be the result of an argument that turned violent" and not terrorism.

Anyone who has viewed this forum in the recent years knows exactly what they're going to see in the video.
BBC is reporting that 9 of the gunshot victims are children. Or, as some not so smart cookies like to say, "gang members."
There is also a video of a parade viewer chasing and tackling one of the shooters. If you watch the video, pay attention to the size of the gun a woman picks up after the shooter was tackled.

If a mass shooting and there are more killed than wounded, it's probably a white or non-black guy. If a mass shooting and there are more wounded than killed, it's probably a black guy. This may be due to poor marksmanship. But I'd speculate that the motives are different. The black guy wants to cap someone who has disrespected him, so lots of collateral but non-fatal bystander wounds. The white/non-black guy is usually on a suicide mission and wants to maximize the carnage.

People want to blame the inanimate object, but paroxysms of violence like in KC could happen just as well with knives. It's easy to imagine a almost two-dozen bystanders injured in the cross-stab. It's a proven fact that guns deter violence, which is why I question whether or not this even happened at all. The scriptwriters gave Taylor Swift, Pfizer and the spotted zombie in the White House a victory, then decided to gild the lily for an encore.

Well, waddaya know. There were apparently 800 police attending this parade, and any number of civilians who were legally carrying. All of them no doubt "good guys with a gun". And yet none of them, not one, stopped a couple of "bad guys with a gun" killing and injuring innocent folks, including children, out having a good time celebrating. What more proof is needed that this stupid NRA meme is just that - ******* stupid.
