However , you do not need much nudging to see that all over the planet there are narratives detailing the existence of Giants and our Bible is no exception with Genesis 6 ,1-4 ,clearly spelling out details of the Nephilim . Which then leads to our race intermingling with o the Giants who themselves might possibly have emanated from off planet .The interesting point about all of this is the colossal amount of research that exists and available documentation . Nope. The last period when all the earth's landmass was gathered into a supercontinent pre-dates humans (and built pyramids) by many tens of millions of years.

Evidence of humans fifteen feet tall would be more impressive than mere tall tales, and of course Darwin "allows that" since Darwin was perfectly familiar with species which had evolved into giants in isolation, the obvious example being the Galapagos tortoises which he studied.

Neither . I have a great respect for both groups but as I love Plato , Milton , Willy S and many other greats , I naturally also have great admiration for the Bible--- if only as a historical treatise and the only guide to a very unique individual .To assume I have , Faith , just based on my knowledge of Genesis 6, 1-4 is hardly sensible or logical .I don't give you the citations because it pisses me royally that people are clueless once you venture outside standard MSM territory .These are all areas that people with depth and breadth should be conversant with , regardless of their personal conclusions . I find it unbelievable that so much is not known by so many in these days of the Internet ------ giving access to everything -- good , bad and ugly , as well as excellent and rubbish .I haven't the time or inclination to write dissertations every day to bring you all up to speed . I get the impression from a variety of other topics that most here are elderly and out of work for a variety of reasons .Why do they not educate and update themselves ? Why can't they get their fingers walking and their brain cells moving ? I have business commitments and family obligations yet I manage to cover the following daily :-- BBC and Al Jazeera World and UK News , Moscow Times and Kiev Post in English , Russian media summarised top stories , Commodity Price info , Currency world info ( these two on more occasions a day than I care to admit to ), Jamestown Foundation , Corbett Report , bellingcat , Zero Hedge , Wine and Champagne prices UK and ex UK ,Money and Markets , Weiss Report ,Met Office weather , World sport and UK sport across all sports save Baeball and Basketball , Boiling Frogs /Newsbud ,Christopher Booker , The Daily Beast , DEBKAfile , Dark Journalist ,Caravan to Midnight , Info Wars , Doctor Steven Greer , International Forecaster and the Millennium Report . All these and more are on my daily Favourites list plus a few more I choose to keep to myself . I work 99.9% from a brilliant memory but I have neither the time to give free self help lessons or worry about people who are obsessed about old fashioned punctuation rules . Info rules . Why does Darwin not allow Giants?
I assume you mean speciation by natural selection. So either you imply that these Giants are a non human hominid species - nothing against that in Darwin, or that they are humans with some form of gigantism, if there was a selective advantage to being big then Darwin absolutely demands it.

Now physics might have a view, doubling the height of a human puts the mass up 8 fold so you are thinking about a 500kg man, so you start needing massive legs (which is why really big mammals are in the sea), a much bigger heart, there are problems with heat loss (why do elephants have big ears, because Noddy didn't pay the ransom), so the physiological differences would be such that I think 500kg hominids would be a separate species.

If you'd read my question a little more carefully, you would see I have assumed nothing. This is why I asked a question rather than making a statement.
I suggest you look at one of the "Historical Jesus" threads if you are under the impression that he was in any way a real person, at least as described in the NT.
There are also threads about the OT, and the absence from the historical record of many of the events described therein- Hebrew slavery in Egypt, the Flood etc.
I find it strange that you rail against the mainstream media whilst upholding the historical veracity of the Bible. Believing in the Bible, in western countries, is about a mainstream as it gets. It's also a clear sign of cultural conditioning, something you appear to have a problem with when it comes to other people. Motes and beams?

I read this as another example of your unfounded superiority complex. You won't provide citations or evidence because that would remove your ability to pour scorn on everyone else here. That says a lot more about you than it does about anyone else.
It also sits rather uneasily with the fact that, if you do condescend to support your allegations about this, that or the other, they are inevitably shown to be utter bilge.

From your post, it is clear you have no intention of educating or informing people. This whole thing looks like a massive ego trip. The internet is vast, and if you are not prepared to shed some light on your sources and resources so as to help others at least understand where you are coming from, never mind actually persuade anyone to accept your claims ("Lead us to the light!"), then you are part of the problem, as you perceive it, not the solution.

I'm assuming the contention is that something about the unspecified sites in Bolivia and Peru show evidence of alien visitation. Not knowing which sites though I can't be sure what he's talking about or what the specific claim is.

That some christians distrust Main Stream Media based on biblical interpretations/prophecy is hardly a stretch. No Sir. No stretch at all. Nope.

Steve Quayle is a one example. Glen Beck is another. There are more. They have websites, radio shows, and plenty of christian followers. Maybe they think think satan runs the govt along with its mouthpiece media.

Nicknames can be fun. No offense intended with yer name. I improvised. Sometimes quicker than quoting. How about C.Y. ? or C Yak? Would the initials be OK, occasionally ? I thought using 'Mr.' was polite, respectful. How about Mr. C Y ?

The specific choice of your questions and the way they are worded results only from matters covered in my original comments . To think otherwise is absurd . Next . What on earth has the Bible to do with the idea of the MSM ? The Bible is presented as History and Revelation . Until and unless either or both of these matters are diminished by research results and scholarship , why would anybody want to take issue ? Next . I don't do humility in virtual reality situations . I am very conversant with Bible details for reasons that need not bother you , but you cannot begin to sensibly guess how I might view Jesus , his life or his claimed ministry .Unfortunately , and without realising it , you are intensely arrogant .
