It would seem that the not-crazy-at-all folks at Barbwire have hit on a new idea to try and bring down Obama: accuse him of being a good friend of pedophiles.

Yep, they photoshopped an image to make it look like Obama has been endorsed by NAMBLA. They then try and use this deception as evidence that homosexuality is somehow linked with pedophilia.

The original picture was of two guys with a "Republicans For Obama" sign, so I'm not exactly sure who the intended attack was really centered on. Was it Obama or the two turncoats?

And the best they could do by way of substitution to illustrate "latest examples of the undeniable link between homosexuality and pedophilia" is a photo of some gay activist wearing a NAMBLA sign almost thirty years ago (1986, according to this Wikipedia article on the activist in question, Harry Hay).

When I think about the people on the other side of the aisle in my country - people that until 20 years ago wore Swastikas and other Nazi paraphernalia to go with their shaved heads - I still think I'd take them over the current crop of Republicans in the US.
