Randi's offering the money (I'd like to see where Randi has appeared in other forums) isn't trolling, as he has the money, and tells you clearly how to get it. Your offering a prize is trolling, as you neither have the money, nor tell us what to do to get it if you had it.

Not only is the JREF money verifiable, but it also potentially winnable. Your poorly designed challenge appears to be neither.
Your inability to see this is either intentional or just truly sad.
You have been asked several times by several people to provide evidence that the money exists.
You are either unwilling or do not know how. If you do not know how to do that , how can you possibly think you could judge any claim against your prize?

On top of this you have already demonstrated that you will be changing the rules to your challenge as you see fit. Do you really believe that anyone should take your challenge seriously? You certainly appear to have a complete lack of understanding of some pretty basic concepts.
You seem to have a somewhat unique view as to what Homeopathy is. Your inability or unwillingness to discuss this seriously seems to have raised the level of your character in this forum, to that of a troll or a fool.

1a. Noun

A member of an internet forum who continually harangues and harasses others. Someone with nothing worthwhile to add to a certain conversation, but rather continually threadjacks or changes the subject, as well as thinks every member of the forum is talking about them and only them. Trolls often go by multiple names to circumvent getting banned.
