Thermitic Pyrotechnics in the WTC Made Simple

Do you lurkers see what Dave is doing?

I wonder if those same lurkers will see that Truthers here seem more interested in garnering support for their perceived Internet debate victories than they do in garnering support to see justice done regarding the heinous crime they believe took place.

I guess everyone has a different set of priorities.

We all know that, but Galileo is running out of straws to grasp onto. So the supposed power down of some floors in one tower while both remained open to the public allowed the NWO to spray paint fire retardant coated columns with the mythical nano-thermite infused paint without anyone noticing the demolition of the walls to expose the full columns and the smell.

Oh. Galileo posted that. All right... that figures... man, he ought to work for K-Tel if he wants to push old hits.

Anyway... yes, you're right. We all do know this already. I definitely don't need to tell a getting-to-be-an-old-hand like you (a real old hand would be Gravy :D). But I figured it'd bear restating, given the new folks and non-members reading this forum.

Oh, by the way:

30. Make an appeal to authority rather than reason.

You've chosen "38 ways to win an argument" as an authority on subversive tactics, and then characterised arguments as subversive tactics because they can be represented as forms of argument appearing in that list. As I've pointed out, reason indicates that many of the list items aren't in any way subversive; indeed, you haven't advanced any evidence that the list was ever intended by its originator to present subversive, rather than simply successful, debating techniques.

Dave

So this is my appeal to authority? LOL, Dave, go back and scroll up and see what I said about that list and the other list...go on, I'll give you a minute...there, that's right, I said "What I have done by listing these tactics is given people a baseline to which they must use their own critical thinking and judgement to see what applies where."

here, look for yourself if you can't scroll up...

Now then...

As I've pointed out, reason indicates that many of the list items aren't in any way subversive

It all depends how you use them doesn't it...and that's where the lurkers critical thinking comes into effect

The reason that debunkers continue to argue, and show what is going on, is because that the truthers are not using critical thinking.

Truthers have a conclusion. Then they look for the evidence to support it. 'Calling out' to lurkers to say 'Look! The debunkers are mean! That means we're right!' isn't really valid. Look at the evidence, don't complain on how you're being debated.

Unless members of law enforcement, congressmen, lawyers, and media members--crap ANYBODY who could actually DO something about your little conspiracy--are lurkers here, their critical thinking is irrelevant. But, I suspect quite of few lurkers here are of the kind of people who if they were convinced by your evidence actually COULD do something about it.

To me, the fact that even after almost 8 years your delightful movement has not moved beyond internet forums and conspiracy websites shows one of two things:

1. Nobody who reads this forum is in a position to bring on the revolution regardless of if they believe you.
2. Your claims are full of crap.

I submit that your movement is number 2.

I don't know, did NIST ever allow independent researchers access to their computer modeling software for confirmation on their "collapse" of the WTC towers?

What's that? No they didn't? Why not?

NIST used 800 outside consultants. Why the scare quotes? Are you saying that the towers didn't collapse? Funny, they sure looked like they collapsed.

So you are claiming to know what other people are thinking. Interesting, that must be why you are so convinced the government is not lying to you and never has lied to you.

Hmmmmmm

So, this "government" that is lying to us, would that include the air traffic controllers, the firefighters, the airlines, the rescue workers, the seismologists, the forensic examiners?

Dave Rogers is a lot better at this game than you are.

you can get the model parameters from NIST via FOIA request, trouble is getting the software suites and a computer capable of running them

one of the software packages is available here http://code.google.com/p/fds-smv/downloads/list

FWIW, I've always thought that their movement was full of number 2.:D

I notice that Galileo has retired from the thread to sit back and laugh at the firework of a thread he ignited. Can no one see that is his motive? Honestly, he let it slip when he said

They mixed the red paint with thermite and then they mixed the maroon paint with uber-thermite.

Don't feed the trolls. Infact it's such a good quote it might form part of my sig it brings such a big grin to my face.

Without checkking the details I still belive that the neccecary amount of thermite to heat a steel collum to weakening is thicker than a coat of paint. By two or tre orders of magnitude.

I guess someone more qualified than me could do the calculation of how long it would take to heat up that thickness of steel to the required temperature. IMHO, since nanothermite is explosive and there wasn't anything to focus the energy, most of it would reflect away from the columns and do no real damage and the heat source would not stay in contact with the steel long enough to melt or even weaken it.

Indeed. However Gal's claims seem to contradict themselves.

Galileo said:
Testing done on the 236 steel beams salvaged from the WTC shows that most were not heated at all, and none were heated enough to lose any structural integrity.

Apparently the thermite didn't heat the beams enough to cause them to collapse, which makes me wonder what the point of having it there was???

I think looking for internal consistency in truther claims is a hopeless project.

I have heard of nanoaluminiun, it is explosive and to be used in rocket fuel.
The whole thermite idea is something dreamed up to explain the lack of explosions.

Why not settle for airplanes and office fires, it´s enough.

Galileo does not back down from challenges. I think I'll have better luck here since the MSM is controlled by the CIA.

better luck....at accomplishing what????

converting JREFers to truthers...is your goal? not justice for 9-11?? not getting the preps. convicted and to face justice???

but converting JREFers??? this is your goal??? this is what its ALLLLL about???

lololol

wow.
