This should finally seal the fate of the claims of gassing at Auschwitz.

Here is an article by Mr. Jamie McCarthy of the Holocaust History Project describing the Zyklon Induction Columns at Auschwitz Birkenau in the gas chambers of crematoria II and III.

He even provides a very descriptive diagram of these columns and cites these sources for his essay.

Very compelling evidence supported by many mainstream historians.

Now we will actually go to the Auschwitz Birkenau crematorium 2 and its alleged gas chamber with revisionist David McCalden, and we will see first hand with our own eyes exactly what the real columns look like.

While the crematorium and alleged gas chamber are mostly destroyed, remnants of the columns still stand.
There are no dodges, coded words, or any way around the truth.
The columns are very obviously solid concrete reinforced with re-bar.

Counter-claim: The concrete columns are roof support columns, that co-existed with the wire mesh Zyklon columns, and Holocaust deniers have deliberately confused the two types of columns.

I have no words with which to express the stupidity of this response. I would ask if all Holocaust deniers were similarly incapable of rudimentary comprehension, if I didn't already know the answer.

Revdude, what happened the last time you attempted to spew this canard? Did someone link to this? Did someone point out that this is a canard that has been debunked since it first surfaced as a semblance of a thought in a neo-Nazi "brain"?

Like other conspiracy theorists, the mere debunking of a claim doesn't prevent a holocaust denier from spreading it as "twoof". Incidentally, this is also why nobody takes holocaust deniers seriously.

A Similar Vent

A rare photograph of a similar introduction vent from Majdanek, not Auschwitz, has been preserved. Majdanek was also a camp where mass gassings were performed.

When the Red Army arrived in July 1944 the soldiers found huge warehouses spilling over with goods. They discovered dead bodies and further evidence of a full range of atrocities, which they publicized immediately to the world presses.

A Soviet army man posed for this photograph, holding the device's cover, standing next to the device itself. It was published in the London press in October 1944. It is unknown how similar this actually looked to the "little chimneys" of Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Here is Tauber's statement.
The roof of the gas chamber was supported by concrete pillars running down the middle of its length. On either side of these pillars there were four others, two on each side. The sides of these pillars, which went up through the roof, were of heavy wire mesh. Inside this grid, there was another of finer mesh and inside that a third of very fine mesh. Inside this last mesh cage there was a removable can that was pulled out with a wire to recover the pellets from which the gas had evaporated.

In it he claims there were four mesh columns around each pillar, correct?
He also stated that the wire mesh columns go through the roof, correct?
There should be four holes around each support pillar, correct?
Even McCarthy's diagram which supports your allegations clearly shows these holes going through the roof. correct?
But the reality is that there are none.
The roof may be damaged but it is largely intact.
There are most certainly not four 271/2 inch square holes around the pillar.


Michal Kula's drawing of these same wire columns was drawn in June 1945 long after the war ended and certainly after he had been in contact with Allied investigators.

Here is Josef Erber's testimony
In each of these gassing areas [of the crematoria [II and III] in Birkenau] were two ducts: in each duct, four iron pipes ran from the floor to the roof. These were encased with steel mesh wire and inside there was a tin canister with a low rim. Attached to this tin was a wire by which it could be pulled up to the roof. When the lids were lifted, one could pull up the tin canister and shake the gas crystals into it. Then the canister was lowered, and the lid closed. 6

Henryk Tauber gave a deposition in May 1945 which included a description of the columns:

The side of these pillars, which went up through the roof, were of heavy wire mesh. Inside this grid, there was another of finer mesh and inside that a third of very fine mesh. Inside this last mesh cage there was a removable can which was pulled out with a wire to recover the pellets from which the gas had evaporated.

[...]

The undressing room and the gas chamber were covered first with a concrete slab then with a layer of soil sown with grass. There were four small chimneys, the openings through which the gas was thrown in that rose above the gas chamber.

You see...the sources that Holocaust believers rely on can not even agree on what these wire columns looked like.

In any case, there simply is not any holes in the roof to support these claims.

I've already explained the most plausible scenario

After Nazi Germany invaded Poland and established the Generalgouvernment, they began transporting Jews eastward into the concentration camps. Other Jews moved eastward on their own since countries to the West refused them admission.

When the Nazi Soviet agreement took place there was an open border policy for Jews to immigrate into Soviet held territory to escape German persecution.

After the Nazi's invaded Soviet Russia, the previously open border was closed, effectively keeping whoever crossed into the Soviet side there.

Fast forward to the war's end.

To appease the Poles, the Allies gave large chunks of the German manufacturing districts to the West and to appease Stalin, it was agreed to give him what was Polish frontier all the way to the Curzon line.

Compare that to what was once the Nazi Generalgouvernment and it becomes easy to see the overlaps.
